Been last year and this year to see Dr Arun and Dr Richard respectively for two different issues. Both are experts in their field. Dr Arun dealt with a very difficult complex root canal job and a massive abscess. He spent almost 3 hours working on it and the treatment was successful. I was initially referred to him by my previous dentist in Battersea. Likewise with Dr Richard. He’s the expert at dealing with implants. He fixed one top implant so efficiently and took care of the bone graft there and then. No waiting time. He also took care of my broken implant (which was fixed elsewhere in 2019), it was broken without my knowledge was festering for while, this was spotted by Dr Mary a member of the dentist team few months ago, upon cleaning my teeth, she spotted the bottom stub stuck in the jaw bone, she referred me to Dr Richard who is familiar with my cases. It was a difficult job to drill the broken stub out, but he did without much fuss. Dr Mary also proved to be an expert on another occasion last year, whilst cleaning my teeth she spotted a massive decay under my upper crown left upper jaw, immediately referred me to Dr Richard to sort it out and he did. This has been festering for years and it was Dr Mary bless her who spotted both issues and arranged the referral. I am ever so grateful to all this wonderful professional team who looked after me lately

I called CDC today but am still waiting to hear about any help. Very poor - a painful experience with longlasting side effects from which I am still trying to recover. I first got a device here in 2020 to stop toothgrinding. It stopped the grinding but had serious side-effects - it realigned my lower jaw backwards and changed my bite. I developed sleep disordered breathing. I am exhausted much of the time. My life has totally changed for the worse. The NHS has had to give me a CPAP machine and a Mandibular Advancement Device to move my lower jaw forwards. It's painful to sleep in and I struggle every day now. CDC offered to reimburse the cost of my last visit but I am still waiting for this.

I had my teeth done by Stewart at Chelsea Dental Clinic, he was amazing from the moment I met him. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and I’m so pleased with the results. I wouldn’t let another dentist now touch my teeth, he was so welcoming and friendly. I’m an anxious patient and he’s been really kind reassuring me which has been a huge help. I honestly have never been to a better dentist! I'd had tooth pain for 6 months and had needed pain relief every 3 hours as it was like constant torture even drinking water. I made the trip up from Cornwall as dentists down here are like gold dust and am so glad I did! I was greeted by a friendly, welcoming reception team and then Dr. Alexandra Day was incredibly patient, reassuring and a whizz with the tooth extraction all the while reminding me to breathe and helping me feel calm. I even got to pick the music I'd like to help me feel more relaxed. Her assistant was so supportive too and the relief I've felt since is huge. I really can't thank them enough! So very grateful for their time, care and professionalism! 🙏🏻

I had such a nice, smooth journey. Every trip to the clinic was enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Whenever I’m talking to people they say they can’t stop looking at my teeth. A family member said it’s the best work they have ever seen! I was genuinely sad when treatment finished. Everyone who works there is a delight to deal with. Well worth the wait for Dr Rhona, she’s a superstar.

Wow, is basically an understatement to this wonderful woman's work. I was lucky enough to be suggested this talented Orthodontist Harriet Shah. I began treatment with her for top and bottom arches of my teeth around 9 months ago. I wasn't feeling at all confident when I first went to Harriet as I already had braces with another practitioner of which very unfortunately hadn't achieved the desired result as originally promised and left a large gap at the front of my teeth, which wasn't there prior to having the braces; I had been told that there was no way this was going change and it couldn't get any better with braces - I was rather upset actually, until I went to see Harriet. I was instantly put at ease by Harriet’s extremely professional, warm and friendly manner, it's very evident she really cares about you as a patient. She stated that my teeth may take roughly 9 months minimum to repair / complete treatment and by all accounts her predicated estimation was absolutely correct, as my teeth did take around 9 months - a lot quicker than I thought possible. At each appointment it was very clear Harriet's strong attention to detail for us to attain an excellent result and I could always see that we had made progress at each appointment. She explains everything clearly every step of the way, leaving room for any questions or further understanding if needed. I always felt relaxed at every appointment with her, not just because of how absolutely lovely she is and very easy to communicate with, but above all her utter competence and flawless expertise of skills; which left no room for any such uncertainties as a patient. I am no Orthodontist and do not work in that field, however I certainly knew I was in incredibly good hands and had no doubts simply by her kind confident approach. Now the braces are off, I still have some cosmetic stages to do regarding my teeth reaching the final stage, but honestly I never expected the result she achieved with my teeth, even though that was the dream from myself having braces. As corny as it may sound, Harriet truly made my orthodontic dreams come true. Thank you so much Harriet, you are a star.

Been to this lovely clinic last month. I have been to see ARAM for a root canal. He’s done a brilliant job. He was very thorough, meticulous, made sure that a rather difficult job was complete and successful. I am ever so grateful to him, Rhona and the team. All so very professional and efficient.

I cannot recommend Dr Rhona and her team more! I had my composite bonding and a gum lift done with Dr Rhona and I am so thrilled with the results. It has given me the confidence that I lacked with my smile and I cannot believe how perfect Rhona has made them. The entire process was so seamless and easy, and I was made to feel super confirmable the entire time (which I was very nervous about before!). The entire team made me so welcome and I will be coming back in future!! 10/10 recommend!

Dr Richard Pollock is an amazing dentist. When I had seen so many people who were only able to help relieve my TMJ symptoms, Dr Pollock was able to recognise the root cause, get me an MRI to have it confirmed and begin treatment to relieve my symptoms immediately while treating me for the root cause. It was honestly magical. I fully understand every part of my treatment and trust him completely. I have and still do recommend everyone I know with TMJ issues to see him. Why wouldn't you see the best?

Probably the "go to" place for TMJ treatment. Dr Pollock and his team really know what they are doing and don't confuse this treatment with someone who just gives you something to wear overnight. Spent hundreds on simple splint therapy which didn't work or made things worse. TMJ problems are complicated and difficult to treat. Don't risk it, go to see Dr Pollock and his team - they really know their stuff.

Words can not describe the gratitude I have towards Dr Richard Pollock. I’ve suffered from severe headaches for most of my life and really struggled with everyday tasks. After my first visit Dr Pollock diagnosed me with having TMD. I’d never heard of it but he took the time to explain how they could take this pain away. He prescribed splints for me to wear and my headaches, neck, shoulder, arm pain and an extremely annoying clicking jaw had completely gone in a week. For me it’s life changing. We didn’t stop there though…he then went onto fix my smile and honestly i can’t thank Dr Pollock and Chelsea Dental Clinic enough as I am now pain free and my confidence is back. If I had any regrets it was not going to see him years ago. THANK YOU

Chelsea dental clinic is honestly the best clinic in London. The dentists go above and beyond to help patients. After having experienced a severe infection from my wisdom tooth Dr Pollock was able to do major surgery and stayed in the clinic till 10pm with Carlos his nurse. The clinic is always busy but for food reason as the dentists are so highly sought after. I can not thank them enough for helping me

I can not praise the staff enough for the incredible service and experience I have received at the Chelsea dental Clinic. Specifically Dr Lukman Athwal and Dr Mitul Shah. I went from my initial consultation not flashing a single smile because of years of self consciousness and insecurity due to the appearance of my teeth (I had a scaring accident as a child which caused long term dental issues). I had sworn off dentists for 5 years due to terrible, painful experiences, before moving to London and doing my own research to find the best dentist for my needs. After a thorough, holistic and comprehensive assessment from Dr Lukman, we were able to map out the next 11 months to transform my smile. He was also able to pick up discrepancies within my initial x-Ray which meant I required a root canal treatment before the initial aesthetics procedures. Saving me from any pain and further costs in the future. The procedure that turned out to be the most beneficial and dramatically changing was my gummy lift. I was the most anxious about this procedure however Dr Mitul Shah was so kind and reassuring throughout. He provided me with all the pre and post procedure information I could ever require. I could honestly tell that he was passionate about his craft and patient care. The procedure also did not hurt!! He used local anaesthesia on my gums and was attentive through out to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. I was also provided with a post op bag which was super handy. I remember he kept on saying “Trust the process” in regards to my gum healing and now I apply those wise words to my everyday life. In regards to dramatically changing procedures, maybe the crown and porcelain veneers actually Tad for first with the Gummy smile. Dr Lukman Athwal does not get enough praise and recognition for the magic he does! He is an absolute visionary and his talents transcend beyond the ordinary. He kindly lead me through this vision, and proposed different options for my teeth and I was able to go away and weigh up the costs and details of what I wanted. After careful consideration, we hatched out a 3 month plan , incorporating the most conservative aesthetics treatment for my teeth. I opted for 3 porcelain veneers and 1 crown (Best decision ever!)(Also was not painful). I honestly still cannot believe I’m at the other side of it now. My teeth look phenomenal, I get so many compliments from strangers, as well as friends and family. I don’t ever stop smiling and I’m still in ore at the team work and patience from the team that went into this. It took me months to write this review because I did not know how to encompass this life changing experience into words. I also wanted to shout out my main guys and girls at the reception and Mary who was always on the other side of the phone. You guys are the powerhouse of this clinic! I hope this review helps someone out there. I mean look at me. I was just an anxious, scared little girl. Now the confidence it has brought me is immeasurable. Went to this clinic based on word of mouth and I do not regret. There's a lady Mary on reception who is so warm and friendly and she was able to answer all my questions confidently and put my nerves and anxiety to rest. Every dental clinic should have a Mary. Also the dentist Rhona who took care of me, thank you for being so patient and efficient. I will definitely come back there.
