Everything arrived as it should my 7yr old son had sore chapped skin starting on his nose and cheeks due to the cold weather 2days the balm cleared this up - I also gave some to my 12yr old niece whose skin had nasty flare up in her face she has to be careful what she uses this took it away overnight - I have also been using the moisturiser at night just as a normal moisturiser abs my skin looks amazing in the morning we will definitely be repeat customers as for the smell in some other reviews I think it smells of beer but you only really smell it when your applying

Excellent hand cream and ointment to ease the effects of Raynauds. I use it often during the day and slather it on at night and then wear cotton gloves to intensify the moisturising action.
