Good order experience, although there was an issue during payment processing where the website was taking a long time to process and go to the confirmed page. It appears to be a website issue communicating with the server; it was the only time that I have experienced it whilst purchasing via the Balmonds website. I love the products and they have helped so much; my ezcema and skin prefer creams over ointments and the daily moisture cream is one of my top rated products that I use when I have a flareup and during its dormant phase. The cleansing oil is also amongst my favourite cleansers and is great during the colder times of the year.

Have only just ordered for the first time so can't yet comment on the products, but very impressed with the efficiency and good nature of the company.

I was happy that i got the products i ordered just gutted that the cream gave me a allergic reaction which made me get heat rash so i stop using it.I was hoping that this is the cream that would help with my eczema.
