I did a first test patch to see if I would have any reaction. After one day, nothing happened. I decided to apply more cream on my face, before bed. I had a very very bad reaction, scratched all night and the next day my face was extremely red, burning.

After having a baby my skin was super sensitive & dry - this has corrected my skin ! So pleased. Used it on my 6week old too for a dry patch on her face, now totally cleared up. Excellent, so pleased to have something I can rely on for dry sensitive skin. Very happy

The cream was amazing to sort out dry skin patches both myself and for kids. It's got a strangr smell but nothing offensive given the good it's done. Being natural it's reassuring to use on kids.

Really lovely company! Skin salvation is truly magic basically cleared up my hand dermatitis and helps manage it, I have not used any steroid for over 3 months and I was using Dermovate sparingly during a flare up which I know longer do! I also use this on my eyelids for my dermatitis there and it stops the itch and swelling not sure if it will work completely as I am weaning off Protopic from this area gradually but its definitely helping with any rebound flares!

The price for the amount you use sparingly is great! Balmonds didn't give me any irritation for my rosacea acne prone, eczema skin. I use this balm on my facial eczema areas and even then it didn't irritate my rosacea. I use this only in the evenings,that's a good time to help in repair of the skin barrier. It takes a little to work in between your fingers. I'd advise when the skin is more damp to dry because I tried this straight out of a shower, didn't stay thick and was slightly wash away. Worked well on my eczema areas on my eyelids and my arms and hands. Soothed the redness. This isn't a cure to eczema and didn't get rid of it, just helped it along the way. Will be continuing use! Use after moisturiser, get that extra lock in of keeping your moisture barrier.

I've just ordered my second lot of Skin Salvation as it does seem to be helping calm my eczema patches, though it isn't an instant result which is why I delayed this review. Some of the patches have gone now, but the worst ones have needed yet another dose of steroid cream to get them under control, as they had got too bad, but I think they should soon be clearing up with just this product.

This cream has really helped with my eczema , particularly around the eyes. I’ve tried many creams and this is a new favourite.

Skin salvation has significantly reduced my topical steroid use. The scalp oil and shampoo have provided relief for my itchy and flakey scalp.
