This was our second visit to Reishi. As a vegan who lives but a few minute’s walk from the Lamb and Flag I am very happy that this restaurant exists. But more than that what these guys are doing is truly innovative. I’m not aware of anywhere in the UK that is producing this quality of food that is making a virtue of fake meat. The food is thoughtful yet accessible. It appeals to both vegans and non-vegans alike. The menu is not always coherent but is designed to show off what can be done with meat substitutes. The front of house is welcoming, run with enthusiasm and good humour. It is my wife’s birthday next month. I will be booking a table very soon.

Food was amazing, atmosphere and service were great too. We were visiting Worcester and came specifically to this place for food and we wish we lived closer so could come more often. A definite go-to when in Worcester.

Brilliant service, unbelievable food and a fantastic vibe, probably the best restaurant I’ve been to! Could not recommend this place enough, there is a wide range of meals on offer and specials on top of that meaning there is something for everyone! All of the food we tried was delicious and can’t wait to go back!

10/10 would recommend! Everything on the menu sounds amazing, and when the meals arrived, they certainly did not disappoint! All 3 courses were delicious! The staff are so friendly and went above and beyond with their hospitality, and the restaurant has such a lovely vibe and decor. Would recommend to everyone, and will certainly be returning soon!

A successful culinary experience even if it was in the first week of their opening. I'm sure it will get better and better, but they need us, the customers, vegans or not. Just one small detail, the food preparation should be faster.

Having been vegetarian for nearly a year, I can assuredly say that is some of the best plant-based food I have ever eaten. The usual critiques of veggie food, for example the texture, simply do not apply to the food at Reishi; the flavours are beautiful and the dishes are unlike any other meat-alternatives. All meals are reasonably priced and I will definitely be visiting again. I can whole-heartedly recommend the ‘steak’ as it was wonderful.

Lovely place, great ambience. Absolutely mouthwatering delicious vegan food. Friendly and welcoming staff. Overall amazing place and so happy we have it in Worcester. It was great to see a small vegan restaurant so busy, and it’s hardly surprising with the unique options on offer! The decor looks great and the ambiance was fantastic. The food was delicious, I had the Oyster Mushroom ‘Scallops’, ‘Steak’ au poivre, and Sticky toffee & date pudding. The portions were a great size, the food came out in good time, the service was very friendly and the presentation was beautiful. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest!!

Awesome vegan food

My first venture to this fairly new Worcester vegan restaurant. What great food! I’m not a strict vegan but not adverse to eating vegan and vegetarian to eat more healthily and to eat less meat and dairy on sustainable grounds. This place is a must. The best vegan food I’ve ever had. The jerk tacos were amazing. So tangily tasty. The bruschetta starter too didn’t disappoint. All topped off by a cool ambience with chilled music and very friendly staff. Don’t miss this place if you’re in Worcester.

The food here is delicious whether you’re vegetarian or not. A shared starter and a main each left no room for dessert. Lovely and helpful staff, and a menu with enough choice to know that everything will be freshly prepared. Definitely recommend
