Lovely helpful friendly staff. Patiently (over several visits)took time to help me find a lovely crochet top to compliment my silver trousers.

What a beautiful discovery this shop was! I was drawn into the shop from the amazing window display. I was quickly helped to find the item I spotted in the window, and then managed to find a couple of colourful tops to match! The ladies were super helpful - even holding on to my purchases until the next day… when I returned to add a stunning dress to my bag of colourful goodies!

Beautiful handbag, lovely leather and the exact bright colour ( orange) shown on website. I was given updates on delivery date and time- all good. Bag was nicely packaged in soft bag and tissue paper.

The arrangements in the windows draw you in with all the beautiful colours which is equally portrayed within the shop!

I phoned headquarters as I was having a problem trying to order something online. There was a glitch in the system which was showing the correct product but the wrong colour. I was soon put straight by a very friendly and helpful assistant who informed me of the situation and then current stock levels and availability. I was extremely pleased with the service and help I was offered. Well done.

First time in Southwold first visit to Tilley & Grace what a lovely experience. Loved the choice of great outfits, fab colours and absolutely lovely staff. I don’t live close enough to call in regularly but will definitely be keeping my eye open on line.

Visited the shop in Southwold last weekend arrivibg before it opened & the lovely lady Sharon offered to open up for me as she had already arrived & was just putting the lights on for the ambience. I tried on loads of things & felt very much at ease not pressurised in any way. Love my new outfits ready for the summer 🤣🤣🤣

Always visit Tilley and Grace when we go to Southwold. Usually buy a new bag, but sometimes it's jewellery or clothing. Bought a fabulous new bag on this trip, a gorgeous denim blue suede and leather number that is now my favourite summer accessory. The ladies in this shop are always so lovely, friendly and enthusiastic. Even my husband enjoys going there!

Beautiful goods, sustainably packaged and delivered quickly. What more could you wish for? I ordered two tops for colour choice and ended keeping both so be warned! Looking forward to visiting one of the branches soon, reading the reviews, its a happy experience!
