We visited the shop in Holt yesterday and not only was the stock amazing but the customer services from both ladies was out of this world! So helpful, ultra friendly and a real giggle. Thank you for making my shopping experience so positive. I can’t wait to visit again the summer!

Southwold Tilley and Grace have very friendly, helpful staff. Great range to choose from with gorgeous colours and quality clothes. Not expensive so excellent value for money.

Lovely experience shopping in the Aldeburgh store with my daughter. Just a little "pop in" turned out to be a very successful shopping spree! Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated having a little extra time even though the shop was about to close. Will definitely come back and allow a bit more time!!

Friendly staff, all very helpful. I went to the Woodbridge shop for the first time and was impressed at the quality of the stock. I bought a necklace and earrings which were beautifully packaged in fabric bags. I will be back!

It is always a lovely experience shopping in Tilly & Grace. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There was a mistake with my receipt the other day and when I rang, the lady I spoke to couldn’t have been more apologetic and helpful. I was refunded instantly. I always look forward to visiting the Woodbridge store when I stay with friends who live nearby. As yet I have never left the store without making a purchase as the stock is always so exciting.

Visited the Holt store last week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that colours are in sections. I know what colours suit me so I can go straight to them! My mum bought one of the pashminas. So soft and felt expensive. Also loving the jewellery and accessories.

It’s a long way to come from Australia, but Tilley and Grace is always on the must visit list! Love their presentation, colours and styles and always find something to add to the suitcase.

Really friendly and helpful staff in the Southwold shop. I went in and bought one scarf and then a couple of hours later went back and bought another one and they remembered my name and the dilemma I had about choosing the scarves. Made me feel noticed and valued as a customer.

Fantastic Online Service. Love this shop and always visit when in Southwold. However because I need their wonderful jumper, skirts etc. when I'm not visiting Southwold I use their online service. Everything comes beautifully presented and quickly.

I love this shop - I have been to both the Aldeburgh and Southwold ones every time I visit. The colours are so beautifully displayed in zones and the clothes are so tasteful and easy to wear. I like the fact that the prices are affordable and yet excellent quality! I will use their online shop when I’m not in Southwold too.
