To; Frederick Pierce / Tim Welsh of Yorkbit, You have proven me correct. You and your pathetic cronies are f**king thieves! I fell victim to an elaborate scam that lasted two years. I saw the red flags and heard your scams that's why you didn't receive any more deposits. When you saw that you couldn't scam me anymore with incentives you leveraged traded my account and put me in a negative margin calling it ("bad trades do to the market and war in Ukraine"). Before that it was Covid. And your last attempt to extort money from me was to demand an additional 61k to buffer my negative margin and keep my account open. When I didn't fall for that scam you immediately ran my account numbers to zero and closed my account. Yorkbit owes my family 260k my buddy's that I referred another 150k! I hear that you are now pulling the same s**t on them. Your pathetic, lying scammers plain and simple. My only recourse since your a unregulated broker is to light up every company review site I find and spread the word about your unscrupulous thieving practices.Hopefully I save many potential clients from loss that Yorkbit would extort. This will be my only comfort after loosing my retirement. I believe in karma and pray that you will be treated and judged in the same manor as you have deceitfully practiced. It's mind-boggling to me that there are people such as yourself that can do this to other human beings and sleep at night? Feel gifted. You were blessed with having no morals! To potential investors; Please people Do not fall victim to Yorkbit ! Read all the negative reviews! "Unregulated broker" You have no recourse! Things look great in the beginning, numbers look great but then their ultimate plan starts to kick in. They will be calling with "special offers" "incentives" that sound to good to pass up but that is their scam and they are good at it. Cost me my retirement. Yorkbit actually stole 23 ($943,000.00) bitcoins that I was once up to with their "Trading expertise"(supposably).Wouldn't let me withdrawal. I started with 7.5 ($60,000.00) back in 2020.If I would have just left it in Bitcoin it would be at $307,500.00 They closed my account 3/21/2022. In a 2 month period they took my account to zero! And they blame me for the loss because I wouldn't give them an additional 61k. I would bet that my funds were taken (stolen) long before the closing of my account. The web site, software, just for show. All a smokescreen. Please people, stay clear of Yortbit and save your money. Never go with an unregulated broker! Now, I'm sure that we will hear from Yorkbit's damage control employee Samantha. She will now present an generic, copied and pasted apology to try and diffuse the ill but well deserved and truthful comments above. Go for it Sam! You also have no morals to be working for this company.

That a girl Samantha, now you are blaming scamming losses from York it on the war in Ukraine. What about all the scamming York it did before the war broke out. The whole staff at York it are nothing but liars and theives. I feel bad for all of these newbies buying into the lies the account managers are telling them. You will never make any money on your investment because they will never allow you to withdrawal them and when you start questioning them and refuse to send them anymore money they will just make bad over leveraged trades and then liquidate your account. Believe me please because they did it to me. On June 1st, 2021 I had over 19 Bitcoin in my account and by February of 2021 I was told by Tim Welsh that if I did not buy more Bitcoin my account would be liquidated in 72 hrs. I told him to liquidate my account, because I was tired of dealing with their constant lies for the past 3 years. I believe that all of Yorkbit employees will get what is coming to them. I only pray that they do not have any children because they are terrible role models. I will continue to do what ever I can to put these people out of business. They are all bad people from Finance Department to Samantha. Please stay away from them if you want to keep your hard earned money.

Invested 500USD$ with them. The currency went up to 795$ in 2 months later, but soon continued to yoyo up and down until it had my original 500$ back in my wallet. When i asked to withdraw they were actually insisting i invest more. Now there's no money left in the account GO FIGURE. The fast talking nonsense they give you at the start should have have been a sign. STAY AWAY !

I too have been scammed by yorbit for approx 49,000.00. US FUNDS I'm Canadian.do the math. I've read many articles on how to retaliate...the best choice appears to be writing these reviews and destroying their credibility with the banks so that the banks won't deal with them. After alot of thinking I'm not giving up trying to retrieve my funds. I have decided that I will write a letter explaining my situation and send it to every bank in the world.so that they are aware of the damage these frauds are causing to MANY seniors and regular people who trusted them to simply increase our monthly income by a couple of extra grand a month. Being a millionaire was never my plan, just be able to be independent. With many of these letters from us, hopefully some of them will listen. I have decided to make this my life's work, not spending my time looking at falsified charts. I hope the banks are flooded with our situations. DONT TAKE THIS LYING DOWN. These companies must be stopped and as usual it's up to real people like you and me. Ps also scammed by Standpoint finanes and Umarketz.,.be careful.

FOLKS DON'T GET SCAMMED like me!!!!!! Back in May 2020 Mr. Fredereck Pierce told me bitcoin was on its low, so I funded $8,000.00 on my account and another $6,000.00 to fund my daughter's account, Mr. Pierce was my advisor, Bitcoin was in momentum really good, so my account was looking good. Mr. Pierce kept phoning me to invest more and I kept declining. In the middle of 2021, I sent an email to Mr. Pierce that I would like to withdraw some funds, from my account since it was really doing good, I was in need of cash for health maintenance. He said he has to refer me to the finance department. A week after he told me that I cannot make a withdrawal, there were some bonuses that they need to recover, we argued over the phone, and told me that I was using him, he was rude. Several months passed I noticed my account was in -$36,000.00 margins. But I was confident that there would be some left for me, since it was really doing good. I sent an email to the finance department inquiring why my account was making a negative margin, only to find out Mr. Fredereck Pierce was no longer working for yorkbit and left more than 50 open trades. Then, Tim Walsh took over and encourage me to fund more in order for him to work on my account. Then he phoned me again that if I cannot fund more on my account they are going to close it. So, if you were on my part would keep giving your hard-earned money to this scammers? How could you trust these people and continue giving? They SCAMMERS!!! Yorkbit is unregulated and they can do whatever they want with your money. My daughter's account had been closed too, so I lost $14,000.00 in total.

I can't even put into words the bullcrap I have been fed by Yorkbits minions. Lets start with Frederick Pierce who told me he graduated from Miami university and had been with Yorkbit for 11 years. It wasn't until things started going bad that I thought to look into Fred's past and using the timeline he gave for his graduation I looked up the student list for around that time period + or - a few years incase I was off a little . I found no such person named Frederick Pierce in the student listings. The only person with that name was the CEO or head master or whatever they call the top guy at universities Frederick Pierce. RED FLAGS going off in my head. My story is pretty much the same as all the people who lost their savings to these Mother F ing low life scum of the earth. Karma will see these thieving Bast#### burn in hell and I will be there laughing my dumb ass off watching them scream as their choice to steal money from other humans lands them in eternal damnation of their soul. I will laugh at their misfortune and it will land me in hell for doing so but someone has to represent all the people they have and will continue to STEAL MONEY from. FEAR NOT my fellow victims I'll take one for the team and make sure they never forget the suffering they bestowed upon the people they stole from. I CURSE YORKBIT and all it's partners in crime for ETERNITY. Maybe it's time for the police and authorities to do something about these untouchable companies that just spew bullcrap out their mouths whenever questioned about what happened to the money invested. I think when it gets close to the time of releasing your profits the software mysteriously starts making bad trades. So the 85% winning trade algorithm suddenly makes one bad trade after another until your money is gone. Personally I think they sell your bitcoin at a huge lose to a new investor and tell them look at how wonderfully your investment is doing so it's time to invest more and take advantage of a bonus witch will pay off huge for you. Then you soon realize that it will take years to pay down your obligation to the bonus and if you last long enough to reach that day when you can finally withdraw your money, it's pretty much all gone. Oh before I go I'd just like to take this opportunity to say " Samantha, go F##K yourself you lying C##T.

If they haven't stole your money yet, just wait, they will. They blew my $20k in 6 months, and I got the same call I read later in a review, "we tried to get to touch with you before we took the big loss". Frederick Pierce, he is one of the head Thieves!!!!!!

So has anyone been able to successfully recover investment from these scammers? There are companies that claim to be able to do this but I'm worried that might be an additional scam. Looking for advice.

Pressure tactics and leveraged trading, I have had an account for 1.5 years, Yorkbit is constantly asking for new funds and the trades are only going up when you are giving them new money, once this stops they empty your account and you are left with nothing. Do not use Yorkbit its a scam.

Another unsatisfied customer. After being with Yorkbit for 2 years, they called to ask me to invest more money because the Investments they have put me in owe more than balance in my account. They make all the investments with my money and proceeded to lose it all. Stay away if you don't want to lose everything

looking at the bad reviews, you can get an idea how this company is scamming people. they let you start with small account and then show you good profit for a couple of months and then ask you to invest more and they will give you bonus but that will lock your account. The account will keep growing but as getting close to when your account should be unlocked so you can start withdrawing money, they change the account manager and suddenly everything goes south and you start loosing money. Now the account is upside down and you ask them to withdraw the remaining balance but they will bring all kinds of excuses that the account is negative and no withdrawals can be made and if you want to recover it to invest more.( they have no shame asking for more money and you know why because it is a scam and they are scammers and good ones) To people that leave good review few months in, just wait for a year or year and a half and you will get what all the bad reviews were trying to say.

Big Scam! Stay Away! Once you put money in, can NEVER get it out. They offered to put money into the account if we gave a good review. It seemed genuine at first. So I gave the review. But when the money in the account started dwindling, I asked them to return the money - and they outright said it wasn't possible! Don't believe their ads.. All lies!

I truly wish my (recently) deceased husband had access to more information before he invested in Yorkbit a couple of years ago. Believe me, the whole Yorkbit program is nothing but a Ponzi scheme. They lure you in with a modest investment that DOES make you money. Once they have you on the hook for more, they lie repeatedly, they are extremely poor at communicating with you, they refuse to communicate their investing strategy or communicate BEFORE they make buys that cost a couple of BTC each. THEY are the only ones who make money. Frederick Pierce (how many times have you read his name in these reviews) is an absolute thief! This comes from 4 years of experience with these dirtballs. If you have a decent amount of money in with them, you'll never live long enough to see a return and THAT you can take to the bank!! BEWARE! UPDATE: 11/2 DUE TO YORKBIT RESPONSE I did not inherit the account.....it was TOD over a year ago, although Mr. Pierce repeatedly denied receiving the documentation when questioned about it just prior to my husband's passing. Samantha, you have NO idea what you are talking about. How dare you presume to know discussions and conversations my late husband and I had since the inception of the account with Frank Caputo??!! That is incredibly disrespectful on your part and goes to my argument as to how you people will do and say anything!! However, it does little to change the fact that huge buys/trades were made without advance consent of my husband, his CASH account was not made available to make ongoing monthly withdrawals, Frederick neglected to respond to emails I sent, telephonic meetings that HE set, Frank Caputo disappeared off the planet (supposedly was sick with COVID but mysteriously never came back to work???), etc., etc. The main point I want all perspective investors to know is that the ONLY communication you will receive from YorkBit on a continuing basis is their constant advice to "Be Patient" and to invest more BTC in order to save the account. Yeah, like I'm that stupid...NOT! Samantha, do your homework!!

I started off with $500 in a basic account and it almost doubled in 7 months. Just closing my account to hopefully return to open a Bitcoin account. Found the analysts to be informative, patient and understanding. I was offered a discount on my withdraw fee to write this review.
