Absolutely first class! The head on one of the standard nuts on my Jaguar sheared clean off (having been seriously over torqued by a tyre dealer) as the brake pads were being done! Turned up at the workshop and was on my way home in ten minutes with the guilty nut removed and replaced with no damage to the wheel! I lost my locking wheel nut key and had two faulty valves that caused slow punctures on both front wheels i had already lost a days work trying to get someone to get the locking nuts off i was passed nuts off number and called them immediately they had been fully booked and didn’t know if they could fit me in i was to call at 1pm the next day to see how if they could fit me in they juggled things around and offered me a slot if i could meet them 3 miles away In paisley and they would help me Bang on time and a very quick professional service Ten minutes and my locking nuts are off and new wheel nuts are fitted Cant praise nuts off enough for the help and first class customer service 10/10 from me
