It's so good that sometimes when I don't feel like going to the gym, I will go just because I know I will get to reward myself with a cold FitAid afterwards. For some, fitaid is acquired taste, but I think it is so important how they get introduced to FitAid and the secret is -it always has to be after a hard workout. ☺️
