I used my QR code for a church project and did a trial membership for 14 days. I do not realize I would automatically get charged at the end of that period. I sent a note to customer service explaining my situation and they got back to me very quickly and were able to remedy the situation. They were quick and friendly and I will absolutely use them if I ever have the need again!

I liked that I could customize the design to fit my brand, which made the final product look professional. I did encounter a minor issue when saving the code, but it was easily resolved by restarting the app. This has happened with other apps on my phone, so I'm not in a hurry to complain about myqrcodes.
