My order for father's day was lost in transit. Super socks initially responded really quickly to offer an a replaced item however they haven't been so quick to respond when I asked for a refund. As of day I'm still waiting on the refund

Great company and I like the fact you can get your own photos printed. However the socks were not very high quality, the printing colours were off (my baby’s face was too red) and when worn, the socks become see through which makes the photo look misshaped.

Order didn't turn up after 2 weeks. Customer services haven't replied.
