Hice una compra y solo llegó la mitad del pedido y cuando reclamé la otra parte de mi pedido que no llegó solo me contestan que mi pedido fué enviado, le dí pruevas de que no fué solo lo que enviaron lo que pedí que faltó 2 polos manga largas y lo que me contestaron fue que no tenían y aquí estoy esperando desde hace mas de un mes que den los 2 polos que me faltan. Y no me dan respuestas.

I placed my order for 2 scrub tops with matching pants on May 1st and received a confirmation that same day. When I had not heard anything by May 13th, I sent an email requesting an update. Nothing. I sent another email on 5/20, threatening to cancel my order if I did not receive news of shipment by the next day. I finally received a reply, saying they had shipped the tops, but the pants were no longer available. Scrub tops without matching pants are useless to me. If they’d advised me they could not supply the pants, I would have canceled the entire order. Fortunately the pants are still available from other retailers. I just have to hope the navy dye lots match. This, obviously, will be my last order from Ideal Uniforms.

I purchased two pairs of shorts for my son over a month ago. I have reached out twice for shipping info but have not received a reply. The lack of customer service is disappointing. I’m now out the money with no green shorts to show for it.

So this review is rated poorly due to slow processing and shipping. I reached out in regards to my order no response. Clothes are basic school logo uniforms. 4 stars on that I suppose but this isn't my first order and everything it takes so long to receive I start to forget I even ordered anything

My son order the gym short pant $14.99. But the shipping is almost $9 for it. Is too much & my son done order on the website without asking me. Is too late & your website is too old & no way to make the cancellation. In two day we received the pant. Is not fair to have a expensive shipping for school uniform. Your company should alert & this is not the way to do business.
