We received excellent service. Even though our order involved only a small dollar amount we were treated extremely well. We received a phone call confirming a question about our order before it shipped, not just the typical email. Great company with a personal touch.

Anita, my rep was fantastic helping me out with my order. She was the #1 reason I purchased the product from the company. If it wasn't for her I would of said go pound sand! As far as my credit app being filled out. I listed all the company's I do business with. What i thought was going to happen is, international plastic was going to call my suppliers and see how well I paid my invoices. That never happened and it was all based on Dun & Bradstreet. This is discouraging to do business with the company if your bean counters in the back don't pick up the phone to call the company's that were listed on the credit app. If your going to be lazy, why don't the company trying to make sales just skip all the running around and just rely on Dun & Bradstreet and then save people time and paper for the applicant. You said be honest.

I’m a small company ordering very small amounts of products and I’m just so surprised that they won’t pay for the return or understand why I had to return product. Then they took their restock fee which is totally ridiculous They need to rethink their policies.

Easy to use Website, Easy checkout. We would like the ability to be able to use our UPS Shipper number when you ship your products to us. Your shipping cost are higher than normal. Is there any way to reduce the shipping costs ?
