Someone is always there to take our order. Once order we get our products very quick. We always get checked up on to see if we are ready for more supplies so we don't run out. Danielle is great and if she is away there is always someone else that takes care of us.

I purchased bags to use for a cotton candy fundraiser - nothing very significant, but I was very impressed at the professional treatment I received for such a small order. Communication and follow-up were amazing. The product arrived quickly without complications. If I was treated with such care, I can only imagine how well they treat all of their customers!

The item i ordered was out of stock and had to wait about 2 more weeks for the item, would have been better when ordering on line if i was aware that it was out of stock instead of waiting then calling and was told it was out of stock Hard to run a business when your not even sure when your product is coming this month next month or whenever.
