From start to finish, from when I first placed my order over the phone. To when I received the delivery. All the team were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when the delivery was in the pouring rain!

Placed and paid for order on line, had a phone call with delivery day and estimated time, goods delivered and unloaded by two cheerful and helpful guys at said time. Everything me as a customer wanted, sadly all too often it just doesn't happen like this.

Helpful with order as one product not of high enough quality so improved substitute for same price. Good delivery and wood excellent. Sadly raining at present so delay in making raised beds.

I order some fence brackets online but the delivery option switched to collect at store and I live miles from the them. I emailed them straight away and they replied promptly with a delivery solution. Excellent customer service and clear instructions on how we proceed.
