Hi. I requested from the company to be flexible and adapt to a constraint of mine. They did it while answering clearly to my emails, and double checking with me that everything was OK. In particular, Fadel made sure all was understood properly.

The directions said the code was in the email but it was nowhere to be found. Finally I saw it on the packaging, which could have easily been thrown away. The location of the code needs to be much clearer and accurate.

In the world of COVID change and confusion Quick Clinics have been great. Fadel has helped me more than once in a professional, friendly and understanding manner. Day 2 test arrived on time. I completed the test and sent it off... That was 11 days ago. Still no results. I completed a home lateral flow test to check I was negative, because clearly by the time (if ever) my test results arrive, it'll be too late to be useful. I would give zero stars.

I booked an appointment for collection day 2 and 8 Covid test for my parents many weeks ago and, 4 days before they arrive to England Quick clinics cancelled both appointments for no reason, leaving us having to find another provider of Covid test with no time for delivering the kits, and forcing us to pay much more expensive kits. When I checked the website they were offering the same slot that we had booked before, for a price that was 3 times more expensive! I think this is a very dishonest company and I don´t recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I both had the 2 and 8 day test kits. One kit was missing a swab. Although we contacted them frequently over a period of days they did not provide a replacement swab. At one point they did reply to say they could not find us on their system. I provided our codes and reference numbers to enable them to identify us but they simply did not respond. You cannot phone them because you just get a recorded message redirecting you to their website. Ten days after arriving we still have no swab, so one Day 8 test has not been done

Day 2 test kit was missing the swab! Quick clinics cannot be contacted by phone, as their number is just a recording directing you to email them. We solved this problem by using an identical sterile swab taken from a GP lateral flow kit. Inexcusable lack of quality control from QuickClinics here.

They were very good with day 2 test got my result 2 days after but my day 8 test result has not been sent to me. I should have been released from isolation 2 days ago but have had to take a PCR test on the NHS and this means that I will have a further 3 days to isolate. 5 days more in isolationthan needed to be because this company is so poor. By the way I know that they recieved the sample as I had it tracked. Not good enough steer well clear.

I am meant to pick up my day 2&8 test from their Edmund site but I have received no emails on where this site is! I have called and emailed but have not received any answers.

Day 2 Home kit delivered on time! Very clear instruction included inside which made the COVID testing simple. I found that price was cheaper than others. Also very quick response with test results which was found in my junk folder.

I completely understand and appreciate costs involved in confirming orders and ensuring stock etc, however I should have read a few of these reviews before using this service. My issue is refund, it is difficult times for all and things do change very quickly. Again understanding how business works and given the circumstances a simple refund policy based on order stage would be useful especially given the exorbitant initial cost from the business, no doubt others also profit from the crisis but I. I still have not received anything so cannot comment on the service but to say hopefully the profiteering will cease soon!

Feel for the people having problems but we had none at all with our Booking. We actually found them cheaper than others. Super easy and speedy service! The emails were clear but because of the stress we forgot to activate the test, however, the advisor was very kind and sorted everything swiftly.

Paid extra for the day 5 test to release same day and didn't receive it until the following afternoon when I chased it up. Been chasing for a refund for a month to no avail.

I have received the tests day 2 and day 8 just yesterday, one day after I've arrived. So can't complain about this, so here is your deserved 1 star. What i want to complain about is that I called them to ask to refund me the second test because from the 2nd Aug there is no longer requirement to do the 8 day test, and I was simply refused by some cocky sounding personnel. People are forced to spend crazy amount of money on very cheap tests, and these companies won't give a damn. I hope you get bankrupt and all the money you made by taking advantage of gov-nt rules on Covid, I hope you lose just as easy as you made them.

Day 2 and 8 test have not arrived ,no reply to email and not answering the phone Really wish we had read the reviews before handing over my hard earned cash to this company
