Ricky was very diligent, polite and efficient. He came and swapped our old radiators for new and added thermostatic valves. His work was clean and he was very professional, will use him again if need and would recommend.

Ricardo arrived on time. Very friendly and polite Put protective covers over his shoes to avoid messing floors Did a thorough job on repairing my waste disposal. The only criticism I have is he didn't quite clear up properly when he had finished. Left some debris in utility room sink and dome screwed up newspaper in the cupboard where he had been working under the kitchen sink. Charges were about what I expected. Would use him again.

Very happy with the work that Ricky did for us. We required a towel radiator to be plumbed in but due to old microbore pipework made it trickier. Ricky came and re-positioned the radiator on the wall to get a better fit with the new pipework he put in, and the end result is very tidy. On top of that he was punctual and kept the room looking clean and tidy after he had finished. Definitely recommend him to others.

Ricky came and fitted a new thermostatic cartridge for our shower. He was quick in responding to the initial query, procured a reasonably priced product and then provided the labour in very quick time. An excellent, clean and effective job.
