My product still hasn’t arrived

Ordered grooming and hadn't arrived after 5 days. Called the company and they sent out another which arrived next day, so service excellent. Was excited to receive tool as my spaniel hates being groomed. She didn't mind this although it did absolutely nothing! After about 20 minutes of grooming her this had not removed anything although there is plenty of her fur on the carpet every day! Update on this review... I have passed the tool to a friend with a labrador and she is delighted as it removes enough fur to fill a pillow! clearly my dog's coat is just less suited to this tool

Brilliant piece of grooming kit-does exactly what I hoped for without any harm to my cat.

I was very excited to recieve this for my 8month spaniel as I have struggled to find a brush that works. Unfortunatly this does not work on him as shown online, it is also very sharp. More money wasted on brushes that dont work.

This is the second Groomi brush I have purchased. Its absolutely brilliant for our American Bulldog who moults constantly. I mislaid the previous one and ordered this second one immediately. It arrived the next day, absolute pleasure to deal with this company. So helpful and friendly. Will definitely purchase from this company again.

I purchased a groomi for my golden retriever and to begin with was really disappointed, in fact I'd stopped using it and was going to give it to my neice for her hairy pony! Then I decided to contact Groomi who were super helpful and made a few suggestions as to how I was using it. I couldn't believe what a difference that made, short, light strokes with the tool held at the vertical and the hair seemed to fall out like magic!! Most importantly unlike other thinning tools it doesn't cut the coat and it doesn't hurt. My dog isn't the bravest boy and he actually enjoyed the groomi. I'm so glad I kept it!

Purchased this item Groomi comb with an open mind. Not sure what I was concerned about to be honest. Easy to use and does exactly what it says on the tin. Great item. And now have a less fluffy German shepard . Also purchased the trio of shampoo/conditioner/deo. Make a smelly dog smell alot better. Happy customer.

A great buy. The Groomi gets all dead fur out of my girl’s coat. She loves it and really leans in as I groom her. My only concern? My Ridgeback is now half the size! 😆
