This is a great product at an amazing price. I use the Outin Nano at home, every day, and while I am traveling since quite a few months now. I Love it! And the customer service is friendly and responsive. They have resolved a technical issue for me by sending me a replacement product. Recommend!

After receiving the product i quickly realized Outin product was not for me, and i started the return process, the return process took several emails back and fourth, with some frustration, but eventually the high quality, friendly, quick replies and professional service of Carina helped me complete my return process. Overall I believe Outin is a quality company who is on their way to success. One thing sure, Carina is a caring person for the customers. Thank you Carina.

I have been dealing with a customer support agent,Carina, regarding a battery problem with a Nano which must have been made on a Friday. She and her team have been really great at sorting out my problems. I have yet to test the new Nano in the rough but stand by. The wilds of Wales next month!

In fact, I haven't gotten around to using outin's stuff yet. That's because I didn't get it due to a problem with the shipping company. But after contacting them about the shipping issue, and seeing their response and follow-up, I could tell that they cared about the customer's inconvenience and were very professional. Great all around service

Makes a great espresso shots only does not hold enough water for coffee or cold coffee and it was one of the reason why I got this but I jumped the gun Not worth the money
