United Kingdom | 07 October 2022I ordered carpet from More for your Floor via eBay. Ordering and delivery was straightforward, no issues there. When we came to lay the carpet there was a mark along one side, possibly from storage. Unhappy with this, I contacted the company. Initially the level of customer service fell below expectation, the resolution offered didn’t seem suitable and then there was a collection scheduled without my knowledge. After I was contacted directly by customer services all of the issues were ironed out. I understand that things go wrong sometimes so like to give companies the opportunity to resolve things, which on this occasion they did.

United Kingdom | 01 July 2022AVOID ordered over £500 of flooring from this company. The delivery online said within 2 working days. I’ve had a text message saying it was shipped yesterday then a tracking number today with no link to access any tracking system! I’ve just called and spoken to an extremely RUDE female who said they tried to deliver it at 10am. No phone call no email!! Apparently a call is at the drivers discretion? No text with even a DAY or TIME for delivery!! Says within 2 days you’d think they could at least given a day or called/messaged. What kind of company is this exactly?! Shambles. Never again will I order from you now I’m waiting 5 days for a refund and have no flooring, along with VERY rude customer service. What a terrible experience.

We ordered from another, company who had rave reviews, when it arrived it was absolute appalling rubbish, for a little less than this Company. As pensioners we needed to ensure that this time we got what we wanted, WOW, we can't thank them enough, good old fashioned Customer Service, impossible to find these days, especially on the internet, which we've just started using. You simply won't find another supplier anywhere online or in the UK, that will match this one. Thanks again to all concerned with our order of the Artificial Grass.

United Kingdom | 22 April 2022Bought artificial grass from eBay from them, original delivery was 14th April, then told it was too heavy for their couriers so would arrange an internal delivery on 21st. Not really acceptable as needed it for husbands job to finish it off, so agreed to go back the following week to just lay the grass. Arranged and paid for extra hands on site to take delivery as their email said “have a plan in place” we did. Then a text this morning to say the driver was sick so would be delivered tomorrow. Have requested via many emails today to make contact by phone as need to arrange people to be on site for the delivery as the job is complete and the little old lady that lives there won’t be able to carry it. Still nothing! Terrible customer service and still don’t even know if we will receive it tomorrow yet. Not recommended! So today, came and went and still no delivery or reply via emails and eBay. Allegedly being delivered Monday 25th now. As a generic email sent but still no response from the actual questions we have repeatedly asked.

The company kept me up to date with delivery and my carpet was packaged and wrapped carefully and to think from ordering to delivering to my front door took 3 days is excellent

Had an issue with flooring for my very long hallway and couldn't for the life of me find anywhere who could deliver the size I needed because of the design I required. UNTIL I FOUND THESE GUYS! I told them the issue I was having and they were straight on it. Delivery was within 48 hours and very well protected as it was vinyl flooring. Prices are so so reasonable even when the length is over 7m and width over 4m. I'm definitely going to be using these guys again and I've recommended them to absolutely everyone I know. 5 stars are not high enough.

United Kingdom | 09 December 2021I purchased lovely vinyl flooring recently. It is lovely & great quality. Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed with the carpet so I needed a refund. I spoke with different personnel here & no matter who - each were so kind, helpful & very professional. They did their level best in trying to resolve matters for me - which had nothing to do with them but with the fitting my end. The refund process was so simple & straightforward. There was no 'hard sell' by them attempting to get me to keep it. I can honestly attest that hands down - this is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to my friends & family. I will definitely purchase from them in future.

United Kingdom | 22 November 2021You could not make this up,i ordered a 17mm pile carpet for my bedroom,the carpet i received was just over 5mm.I wasn't at home at the time so my dog walker luckily was there to take in the carpet.I contacted moreforyourfloor who also trade under the name of 247 carpets.Told me but you accepted it i explained it was actually my dog walker and not me i was at work at the time.They agreed to remove and replace the carpet,OMG the carpet they replaced it with barely had ANY pile at all so i contacted them again and again i explained it wasn't me that accepted the carpet.After almost 3 weeks of discussion they have agreed to remove the carpet which they called the unknown carpet i asked why is it unknown carpet,i was told they have NO knowledge of replacing the first carpet and they have NO knowledge where the first carpet as gone to,so i asked surely you have contacted the courier i was told it wasn't her place to check that so i asked for the name and contact details of the courier that was used to deliver the first carpet and the name of the courier that removed the first carpet and left the replacement.Oh she said i don't have that info we use so many,i said so you have absolutely know idea who is delivering your carpets and where the carpets go once collected.Its not my job to know that that's for despatch to deal with.I asked to be put through to despatch oh she said they don't speak with the public.AVOID THIS MOB AT ALL COSTS.

United Kingdom | 18 August 2021I want to warn other customers by sharing my experience with this company so that others may be spared the stress and time wasting of dealing with this company. I ordered some vinyl flooring with the promise of quick delivery on the company website. “Super fast delivery. Get your order as fast as next day” However, after being given a time slot for delivery at an acceptable time, said delivery did not happen. The company claim delivery was attempted but I was sitting by my door during the delivery period abs it didn’t. The company use their own delivery service and not a courier service that can be tracked and no delivery cards are provided. I was then assured by customer services that my delivery had been rearranged for 2 days later. I contacted the company on the day of delivery to ask when exactly to expect my delivery and was told that unfortunately, they had forgotten to rearrange my delivery. Again, I wasted time waiting for a delivery that didn’t appear. When I again contacted customer services and asked for my delivery to be rearranged for the next day due to my inconvenience, I was informed that they couldn’t do delivery any quicker than another 3 working days. In complete refute of the claims on their website. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told this wouldn’t be possible for at least 48 hours via a call back. At this point, I requested a refund and when asked when this would be processed, I was told and I quote, “The refund team tend to process refunds within 24 hours but I don’t want to give false promise...” So again, no guarantees were offered and I am not hopeful of receiving my refund any time soon or without follow up but time will tell. Very unprofessional company offering unacceptable customer service and making false promises on their website. Please don’t use.

They were quick to answer and sort delivery and pick up. I WOULD recommend moreforyourfloor if you want hassle free shopping
