I've been a happy customer for the past few years, until now. They have great products at great prices, but if they mess up your order, they won't call or email you back, or make any attempt to make it right. Luckily I paid through PayPal, so I filed a complaint, submitted photos for proof, and they agreed to a partial refund. If they would have just called me or emailed me back and sent me the remainder of my order, there'd be no problem. Unfortunately for them, they lost a good customer.

I ordered these boxes because I was running low. The message said they could take 4+ weeks for shipping. I have used this company before and had a great experience. The boxes are very nice quality, easy to fold and strong for shipping. My boxes arrived in under a week! I will continue to purchase from this company.

This company is horrible. I was a frequent customer… purchased $900 worth of mailers they told me they were out of stock I said ok no problem please refund. Months later when going over my inventory and charges I realized they never refunded. I’ve tried to contact them several times… nothing. They don’t have any problem stealing money which is sad.

Their products are good value. Arrives 1%~2% of defect products but I accept it as fair and never complained about it. Their main problem is their customer service skills. They hardly pick up their phone (which is also understandable, maybe they have short staff) . The way they handle the inquiry email is the worst.. no details at all and way too casual, not even greeting... No explanations of the situations nor how would they handle the cases.. Most of their customers should be business owners and their business depends on you! Can't believe how they are running their business like that if they care about other businesses. Hope they read this and improve on their services.

I've been ordering from this company for years and never had a problem until now. I was sent the wrong item and I reached out using the form on the website. They responded and asked for photos, which I provided. I was ghosted over a week. Sent another message and left a phone message. Finally two weeks later I call and get a human on the phone ... who tells me she will send me a shipping label and I have to go to UPS myself and drop off the MISTAKE BOX and provide proof I did it before they will ship me my correct item. I haven't even gotten the label. Will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

Sent wrong boxes, too big for my products. Needed boxes & was out, had to use some of the boxes to fufill my orders because they took 4 days to respond to my concern. They offered a partial refund to keep them, but I'm loosing money every box I send from shipping weight. They wanted me to return for a full refund upon receipt, meaning I have to drive, waste gas & time to return, plus wait. Asked for full refund b/c slow service & it was their mistake. Was told I was extorting them. TERRIBLE CS!!

Avoid company. First order was great. Second order, sent the wrong size boxes. Third and my FINAL order with them, they sent flat cardboard squares instead of boxes, not sure how you can mess that up. Once they Finally answered my emails, I requested a refund. They changed to order information on their website as refunded, it wasn't, it would show in paypal. No responses. Their website says BEST RATED CUSTOMER SUPPORT...5 STAR!....absolute lies.

The worst company to buy from.! I wanted to support and local business.! I got scammed.! Placed a $50 order to only receive half of the items ordered and because they provided a tracking number For the order I didn’t get any refund at all.! BUYERS BEWARE.! Worst customer service EVER.! Do not buy from these people.

I purchased poly bubble mailers, they sent Kraft mailers. I contacted customer service, no reply. Waited a week and contacted again with the item number, they said "We do not know what you are talking about." They did however, send a mailing label for me to send back the wrong item they sent, but it was not pre-paid, so I would have to pay over $20 to return the giant box of Kraft mailers. I contacted them again about this issue, no reply. I have done business with them for over 5 years, and they have gone down the tubes the last few months. I will not be back after this fiasco, still out the bubble-mailers and my money.

Completely unprofessional. Amanda from this company is the most rude and unpleasant person I have ever spoke with. She should not be in a business that requires her to speak with people. They claim same day delivery but don’t ship for a week and then don’t answer their phone when you want to know where your shipment is. I’ll never use this horrible company again and it’s mostly due to Amanda who is an absolutely disgusting person to work with

Terrible customer service! I ordered record mailers and cardboard stiffeners. The stiffeners came partially damaged. I messaged seller and they asked if a partial refund was ok. I said "yes" but never heard from them again. I sent multiple mails with no response. Also note that the outer box they were shipped in was not damaged. So it looks like they knowingly packed and sent me damaged products. I have ordered from them before. NEVER AGAIN. Good-bye No Value Mailers.

Buyer Beware FYI: I just got my Mailers that I ordered from #Valuemailers. The mailers are super cheap & flimsy and are scored deeply across the middle, almost cut in half. No one answered at "customer service" and nobody returned my calls. When I finally did reach a person she was quite rude & unprofessional and she sounded like she was talking to me from her home, rather than a company. I heard what sounded like a garbage disposal in the background & I asked her if she was in her kitchen. Then I heard a dog barking!! She refused to give me a refund. She also refused to send me a Return Shipping Label. Instead, she said, "But I can tell you where to send them". What an unprofessional racket!

Wish I could leave a 0 star review. I've had nothing but a horrible experience with their customer service. I ordered 100 #5 Mailers from them on ebay in April. I didn't run out of my stock until mid August. I started using their mailers and they are splitting at the seem. I called the company and got attitude about how long it has been since my purchase. I then wrote to them on eBay hoping someone with a better attitude would answer. I got a snarky response about my phone convo and no solution. Don't waste your money on these low quality products and poor customer service.

I have been using this company for years. I recently purchased my normal tape and was sent a lower quality in half the sized rolls. When I emailed the company and told them I wasn't treated like a customer that has been doing business with them for as long as I have. I only got rude emails and never any action. I simply wanted the tape I ordered and a return label to send what I received back. I never got either one of these, just back and forth drawn out emails that never resolved anything. Amanda kept asking me over and over how I thought we should resolve this and I kept replying...I would like a return label for these and would like for you to ship what I ordered please. Sounds simple right??? NOPE not at all! Back and forth for a week like this and still nothing. Will NEVER order from them again and I would suggest you don't either.
