I totally understand that the delayed shipping is caused by the COVID pandemic. Unfortunately I was never able to try your product. It never arrived. I’ll be requesting a refund.

I have emailed your team in regards to the courier company not having my package. I have not received and instead of using Aus Post, you have used an overseas company who is not willing to help me. When am I getting my package???? Otherwise I want a refund and I'll never purchase from you again.

I bought a tube of the organic White Glo and bamboo bristle brush at a local discount store. My husband and I noticed the very first brushing that our teeth were whiter & brighter. We had to have more of this stuff. I looked online at Amz w no luck. Ordered a different brand (disappintming ) then got the website from the tube and ordered 6 tubes of a couple different varieties. Very happy with the results. I loved the white strips too ( I was able to cut one strip length wise and use it on the top and bottom teeth — I couldn’t believe the difference in one night. Definitely worth ordering from Australia even during this COVID19 Crazy World Time. My order arrived in about 10 days or so

For 75 years I have tried score's of various brands of toothpaste and never enjoyed any of the peppermint antiseptic taste toothpaste but persevered. It was a woderfull surprise to finally enjoy cleaning my teeth with the coconut test of white Glo. I found it difficult to purchase another from my local supermarket . So I bought 10 from the website. Another first.I believe you should try distributing small sample tube so more people can try the product.
