My first order but not my first experience of the product as someone very thoughtfully gave me some for my birthday.I’m sure there will be many more orders from me because to quote from a well known advertisement “I’m worth it”. Also loved the message in the box. I’m a sucker (or should I say a cruncher?) for the personal touch!

It’s always amazing to see customer service so alive and kicking in some people’s business models, Nut Cellars are a prime example of how to do this! The personal touch in a hand written note; twinned with thoughtfully packaged items and a little thank you for supporting independent business. Very touching in a world of sanitised corporate service! This is before we get to the quality of product, I tried the chocolate macadamias and a tea spoon (yes straight from the jar!) of the macadamia butter, both were absolutely exceptional. Great experience all round and will be ordering my refills, likely sooner rather than later given how nice this is! Thanks!

Delicious buttery taste. Love the creamy consistency with a crunch. A small amount surprisingly filling. Great for health and dietary requirements as a non meat eater.

Delicious fresh macadamia nuts from the 'Warm Heart of Africa'. Beautifully packaged amd arrived promptly. I am also impressed with the macadamia chocolate spread which is all natural and no nasty additives. Came across Nutcellars whilst searching for nut butter and was very impressed by their ethical approach, great presentation and prompt delivery. The macadamia butter is lovely, very creamy, slightly sweet and well-balanced with a hint of salt, my only desires would be a darker roast option and a bit more crunch please!

First shopping experience and the service was great and the products tasty. The order arrived earlier than expected and it was packaged to provide protection from damage. The best thing was that as a first order there was a personalised message and an extra treat which was greatly appreciated and demonstrated a personal touch from the owners. Just the hand written letter would have been special enough but the added gift a really nice surprise.
