Since giving 5 stars on my first review , Iv made another 2 withdrawals and still pending , first one was matter of hours , where now going into the 30+ hours pending , I understand the t’s and c’s but need to get a rocket up there backside and compete transactions to make them up there with the big boys , have time to respond to my trust pilot review but not to complete and withdrawal, still Good site but thought I would give a second review ,,,, get with the 21st centuary lads just because says can pend for 2 days Dosent mean it as to ...

Shameful service. I can see a bonus in my account but can’t access it, tried online chat, could not get trough for day. Emailed them and had the most disgusting email ever that basically said they give their bonus to who they want and how they want at their own discretion. Withdrawal took day and the amount was split into 2 separate amounts and one is still pending after 6 days. Worse site I ever came across, more so because they take pride in their bad service

Customer Support non-existent you will wait hours/days to get to speak over phone or live chat. Read every letter of the small print on bonuses I won off my deposit and wanted to withdraw my winnings and leave my bonus to play with but I could not do that without losing my bonus I re-read the small print of the bonus deal and couldnt understand so I wanted to clarify the terms I tried for 36hrs to speak with someone its im possible the phone line disconnects after about 4 mins, live chat nobody responds. Lets say you deposit 50 get 50 bonus off your 50 you win 200 so u now have 200 cash 50 bonus. So what I wanted to do was withdraw my winnings and use the 50 to play with there was no option in the betslip to use your bonus funds so as far as I could see you had to lose your 200 before you could bet your bonus funds what a scam !! On top of this the log-in is so inconsistent one minute you can log-in next you cant and it times you out every 10 minutes awful bookie. This is not my 1st bad experience with these new bookies they are scammers something needs to be done !

Received a text saying they would match what I put in up to £50. I uploaded 20 and received nothing. Put another 10 in and nothing. Chased then in Livechat and they credited the account with 20. But I couldn't bet with my 20 bonus until I used the cash I had. I won some money with a cash bet, and when I went to withdraw it said I would have to sacrifice my bonus bet pot. So you can only use it if you lose. Absolute scam.

The worst app and website ive ever used.Logs out frequently,buffers,glitchy and buggy to the point of not being able to use it. I used it for horse racing but was utter rubbish so i closed account and self excluded so i couldnt use again,they did pay out ok every time though.

Disgraceful robbing people. Been a month I'm waiting on my money. Scamsssss. Customer service never exist. Ask for documentation twice but never answer. Phone number incorrect too. Stay away people. Saw the advert offering to match my deposit up to £100. Duly paid in £100. After 10 minutes, they matched the deposit in a Sportsbook balance. Done my original £ 100 and went into the Sportsbook balance with another couple of bets. Did a footy bet which copped paying £140. Couldnt withdraw anything. Went on Livechat. Told I have to play through the initial deposit AND the welcome bonus 10 TIMES before I could withdraw anything. So that meant I had to place £2000 worth of winning and or losing bets just to have the luxury of cashing out any winnings. Oh, and I only had 30 days to complete the whole process. Stinks to high heaven. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting customer service too.

signed up had to go through verification which took 2 weeks making me jump through loads of hoops to get it done and when my account finally got verified tried placing a bet max bet of £1 traders decision apparently without me placing a bet.

Placed a bet at bet at Cheltenham and had money to come back from it. The bet won as I had 3 out of 5 in a super yankee and shows as won but the money never reached my account. Tried live chat and that didn't work, just logged me out after waiting for ages everytime. Emailed them on the 17th March asking them to look into it. No reply 9 days later. Emailed again on the 26th March and still to this day no reply. Stay clear of this tinpot site and stick to the bigger sites that realise that customer service is key.

*Update to Mansionbets generic reply - I’m way ahead of you - this review is actually an exact copy of the same complaint i sent to you on 6/4/21 to the SAME email address you provided below. If you would have bothered to check this before replying you would have known this, and also would have been able to identify my account via the details therein... Morons. Due to the growing catalogue of poor service from Mansionbet I’ve been forced to officially complain. And I haven’t had the account more than 2 hours. Unbelievable dizzying new high of shocking service. Mansionbet, I signed up today, where I was asked to set a deposit limit. I selected daily £10k. My account seemed to be setup. I was shown this message (pic.1 in the attached docx file) When I tried to deposit I was shown this message (2) – ‘Your Account Deposit Settings do not currently permit this operation. For more information and immediate assistance, please contact our Customer Service.’ – Why, if I had just set the limit to 10k? I pulled up the chat as per your suggestions, to be forced to wait 1 hour (3) . Morbidly, even your own ‘chat bot’ got bored of waiting because it automatically terminated my position in the queue after an hour, insanely, asking me to 'request a new chat' and 'were here to help 24/7'. Evidently, you are not at all remotely there to help. I then went to your Facebook page (4) , to post the problems there. Despite my obvious requests for help, your page administrator shamelessly deleted the posts, as to hide them from public sight. I again tried to private message the page admin to get ignored (5). To say I’m upset is an understatement. You have an obligation to offer acceptable customer service and NOT to waste ANYONES time and energy like this. I’m now seeking that you allow the basic ability to deposit some money, and due to your poor service, a suitable offer of redress for the time loss, distress and inconvenience you have caused. I will allow you time to reply, and after that I will raise with every gaming regulator in UK. Do bear in mind I run a Youtube channel with sizeable fanbase that specialises in service reviews across several sectors. The way you go about rectifying these terrible customer service instances will mirror onto one or more future videos regarding Mansionbet. As you can see I have documented everything. Signed up. Bet a tenner. Lost it. Got banned from promotions. I know bookies don't like you winning a lot of money. But apparently, this place doesn't even like it when you lose.
