Joined, deposited 20£, placed a bet, got my free bets. The website doesn't prevent you from betting all 5£ free bets on one event, so I did AND WON. They said it's not okay to bet on one same event with the free bets and instead of returning me the free bets or at least paying out one of them, they revoked all rights I had on offers and promotions just like that. Stay away from these scammers.

Access denied Account opened, didn’t even use the bonus, just deposited £20 and won a bet. Since then I’ve been locked out the account after they asked for my DNA sample, shoe size, waist diameter and earlobe width. Which I sent nearly 2 weeks ago. They don’t reply to emails, you can’t use live chat unless you are logged in. Genuinely, I know these review sites get lots of angry losing gamblers, but honestly whatever you do, do not use this bunch of charlatans

Do not open an account with these con merchants. They will happily accept your deposit then they will not credit your free bets and if you want to withdraw any money you will have to jump through many loops that they put in front of you didn’t reach the final one but I think it is a DNA sample they require before you get your cash.Stick to the reputable names because mansionbet are on the way out of business

Have had an account with Mansionbet for about 3 years, just used them occasionally if they had some good odds on a race or football match. Decided to do their loyalty club last week of placing 5 bets in a week to get a £10 free bet the next. Never done it before, yet instantly gubbed. Why even bother with a Loyalty club to persued people to use you as opposed to the hundreds of other bookies, if they ban you the instant you use it. Clowns.

Should have read trustpilot 1st, again like so many others, needed to use the opening offer on 4 separate events - fell foul and lost half of my winnings. Yes the fine print does cover this, Yes i should have read it, but surely they should also block duplicate bids - oh wait of course they wouldn't, that way they get the keep your money and know they are not paying out! Shady - but very legal tactics - avoid like the plague.

I was stupidly drawn in by a welcome offer where when you deposit £10 you get £20 in (4x£5 free bets). I qualified for the free bets by betting and eventually losing £10 and thought "oh well, at least I have the free bets - maybe I will make my money back." I then proceeded to make 4 free bets on a Villa Liverpool game. To my delight Villa won an I was credited the full winnings in my account (£121) - very happy customer. When withdrawing my funds all seemed well until I checked my bank account I had only been credited £30 of winning. I logged on to my horror found that Mansion Bet has removed £97.50 of my winnings and banned me from any future promotions. As a new customer and someone new to betting I wasn't aware that these 4 free bets had to be made on different matches.. had I known obviously I would not have bet them all on a single game. Whilst I now know I should have checked every detail of the T&Cs at NO POINT was I prompted or was it made clear to me to make separate bets or stopped from making bets on the same match with the free bets. Mansion Bet was happy for me to place those bets knowing full well they had NO INTENTION of paying the winnings should I have won. A real win win for them. I tried to contact the support team but they did seem to care whatsoever about an honest mistake. What i believe to be worst of all about this is that Mansion Bet did not contact me to explain why my winnings had been reduced to £30 from £121.50 and had absolutely no intention of notifying me of this happening. It feels both shady and underhanded from Mansion bet as there was no "abusive behaviour" from my end and the winnings were being taken away as I was being paid. Extremely disappointing as a new customer experience and I would warn any potential users to exercise extreme caution and consideration if they plan to use this site. - I wish I had read the TrustPilot reviews before even considering signing up at Mansion Bet.

Their app is so slow .I googled to see if anyone else was finding this problem and discovered they are a scam site on here.I guess if they weren't they'd have invested in the IT department. Lucky escape.

Under no circumstances use this site, wouldn't let me withdraw any funds and asked for details from me which just weren't possible (other gambling sites have verification) but actually ones that are possible. Customer services extremely rude and offensive. Looks like withdrawal won't be possible, please stay away this site is a scam!

**Update I have once again emailed the department stated in your Reply but as usual I've been ignored, shocking** Absolute shambles, placed a few bets back in July for the horse racing. I'm not a regular better, but I do like to get involved here & there. I won £30 & well let's just say I still have not received it. I was told to upload verification documents to which I did. Then couple of days later told I need to take a photo of myself holding up ID so I did this too. Surprise surprise this was not good enough and I had to re-take photo of myself holding my ID so once again I did that too. Couple of days pass and I heard nothing, I've sent a few emails in regards to when I will be able to receive my winning but unfortunately I haven't received an email reply since the summer. I gave in and thought I'd message on the websites live chat to get an update as to what is going on and once again surprise surprise they need to do a telephone verification over the phone? Despite being spoken to bluntly over live chat that apparently I had an email sent to me back in August stating this, I did not receive no email at all. I just feel no matter how many times I follow and comply with these verifications as soon as I do there's another thing I need to do & I'm torn between just forgetting about this ordeal for the sake of £30 however I won this fairly so I don't know what to do I just feel like this could of been completely handled better if communication hadn't broken down on there behalf.

Started using this a few months ago and I’m impressed, only use for horse racing as you can view most if not all races, withdrawal time for me was less the 24hrs and randomly get £10 free bets now and again, app could be a bit faster but apart from that no complaints.

Extremely happy with my experience! Following up from my review yesterday regarding my experience with mansionbet, I cannot fault them at all. I made a withdraw of £3,500 with a total deposit of £210 After 1 working day I went into live chat and asked about my withdraw as it was still pending. I spoke to gentleman Martin B. He was very helpful! He asked me to upload proof of address, ID and picture of the debit card. I uploaded this swiftly after Live chat, once uploaded I went back to live chat to make sure they got my uploads. Martin B chased the finance department and I was told Money will be released tomorrow. To my surprise the money was in my bank account a few hours after uploading my documents! I hope this clears up any negative feedback as my experience was faultless. Look forward to using mansionbet again 😊 x
