Used for about 2 weeks , no problem first of all then asked me to validate identity etc, did that then Had an email to say that all was received and ok , to then get an email asking to see how much I earn a year and month which I found a little strange so decided to not use anymore , also site is very hard to use especially placing football bets it’s very difficult as they don’t have coupons

Really strange rule regarding the free bet saying it must be paid via bank card and not PayPal. Not a fan of how you select you stake for each bet. Other thank that it's ok but not the best website I've ever used

Awful lost a few bets won one closed, tried to withdraw blocked with no warning then get email asking for some very intrusive documents including wage slips, records on property sales, tax returns, bank statement- backed down after I lodged complaint but joke of a firm

Within three months I’ve gone from recommending Mansion Bet and praising their fast withdrawal period to writing a one star review. Today I deposited an amount, no problem but to withdraw I’m required to provide this, that and tother. Surely the principle should be enforced if necessary before a transaction is made. Also customer service was appalling, even closed my account without permission. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT?
