I am giving you a bad review. As I am extremely upset with your treatment of me. Given that I have been an excellent customer and have already paid off 2 loans with no problems; and having requested another loan was told that my loan was denied. I have received no excuse as to why I have been denied. I would call this very poor business practice and the way you treat good returning customers by denying my application. I am telling people not to come to you Lauren Baker

I had made a few payments I called to see how much the remaining balance would be and it was $5 less than the original amount that I had I do not recommend unless you are going to pay it off within a month

The payment process is not very user friendly and they do not work quickly to fix their mistakes.

Process with CashAmericaToday was quick and easy, the representative was polite and explained the terms of the loan well, just wish the finance charges were lower, my money was in the bank within two days, will use them again for emergency funds.

I got my loan on the morning that they promised. But we had agreed to pay back the full amount on a certain day. One week early they took a partial payment. I had to call and remind them that we had agreed on a full payment since i didnt want finance charges. They ended up taking the remainder out the next day. I needed the loan and got it paid early so i was still happy.

I’ve used cash America twice since I was approved and every time they came through with out any problems and always on time I would refer this company to as many of my family or friends whenever asked

My experience was ok the interest of the back was a little too expensive
