Very easy to use, friendly customer service.

Easy to use app interface. However the app always seems to be buggy, fails to display/times out or takes a long time to load results. Doesn’t remember your search, so end up having to repeat it on several occasions. On the BNPL side, things are way easier. A few clicks and booked.

I wasn’t too sure at first about this app as it was a friend who told me about it. I used it to book an emergency trip to Mexico City and back to Heathrow. Aero México really messed up my flights and practically scammed me out of a ton of money, however, VUELO customer service handled my situation amazingly and gave me advice and helped me to resolve my issue swiftly and effectively. Justine is an amazing customer service agent and handled my situation with compassion and care. My experience with VUELO was seamless, straight forward, no issues whatsoever. My outbound flight and return flight were booked in a matter of minutes and I’m paying over a period of 4 more months. Customer service get back to you so fast, and the booking process is incredibly easy and straight forward. I was weary at first but I’ll be using VUELO every time now to book flights. If Aero Mexico didn’t mess up, my experience with VUELO would have been even better.

Again I used them and again I had a great experience, the staff are friendly and answered my quieries in a fast and efficient manor Will use them again for my needs

I had joined Vuelo when it first launched being one of very first few customers to use the account despite the app being still work In progress and at that time being skeptical about it, calls were made by Justine constantly to make sure my booking was done correctly. I have realised that when a company is relatively new they are at their upmost standards to provide all possible features but as soon as they get some recognition they decide to become the worst company ever. My credit limit dropped drastically so low despite my credit file being perfect. Now features are locked within the app like using brands even though I have settled payments and cleared all previous bookings. And worst of it all, my account has been closed down without any prior warning. Dear Vuelo, if you give the same level of passion and effort as you did when you first launched to get customers I am sure, customers would still be very appreciative and feel like you are different from other companies but sadly that’s not true. I am happy that fly-now-pay-later is relaunching so I will now continue to use their service again

Very simple and easy to use

I opened a Vuelo account and got a £4,000 credit limit. I used Vuelo for a few purchases and later paid it all back. It was all going well until recently, I tried to book a trip but kept getting a message saying, “You are currently unable to make a booking” and to contact customer service. So I did, only to be told they are unable to offer me credit at this time due to some recent updates in their decision engine. I have two problems with this: 1. How can Vuelo offer someone a £4,000 credit limit to then saying they can’t offer you any credit? 2. Why don’t they contact their customer straight away to let them know they are no longer eligible for credit? Instead the only way I found out was when I tried booking. I find it a bit concerning how they treat their customers who pay on time. I would NOT recommend Vuelo and I would suggest you consider the service you will get before opening a Vuelo account.

I used Vuelo to book my holiday to the Philippines, including flights and a hotel, and the entire process was wonderfully quick and effortless. It saved me so much time and trouble. There were a few minor glitches with the app, but regular updates sorted them out promptly. All in all, a fantastic app for hassle-free travel planning. Definitely deserving of five stars!

Vuelo app is exactly what I needed. I’m booking several flights this year, and it helps me split the costs. Signing up is easy and it’s extremely useful. The choice of accomodation is also great.

A really excellent app! Honestly I use it for basically everything and it adds so much ease and takes away a lot of the stress financial stress that comes with making a big upfront payment, would totally recommend!

Easy to book with no hassle

Fantastic experience, simple to book, choose your plan and you are on the go, had some issues initially with getting started but Justine went all the way to get things working. Great experience, looking forward to another booking soon.

This app is amazing , I’m all booked for my trip of a lifetime I was able to push the boat out a bit more and get a better hotel as I was able to spread the cost over 6 months with Vuelo
