I deposited cash on 04/07/23 without knowing of the fica process. Was asked over and over to send fica docs via email, which frustrated me but i did it anyway.The funds were paid from Capitec to yesplay Nedbank account 3 days ago. The funds are still not reflecting on my account, 57 emails later, I am frustrated and very disillusioned by this betting company.

I don't know why Yesplay does not care about its clients because this happens nearly always. I deposited R200 the first time ,it reflected. Then I deposited the second R200,it does not show in my wallet. Again as usual I go to chats to ask for help. Only a lame bot will answer and refers me to a support team which will take maybe 2 days to answer. I'm so passed off right now and I wonder why they start this if they are not ready.No support for clients.Which way is the right way to deposit because it's always like this.Maybe I should delete this app after exhausting the money I deposited because it only causes me stress.
