I started using yesplay about 4 week ago! I guess I did not understood the terms and condition so good! After strugling to deposit from own acount I used my husband acount as I did with many other gambling sites! I made deposit with card payment that stated exactly who the acount belongs to! Yesplay had problem to ecept money from this acount! I deposited 4 times out of it! On the 19 th of october I deposited money and the luck struck me and I one some money! I then tried to withdraw where I was asked to fica! I did! Then they still would not allow withdraw and then I phoned them and they told me I was not allowed to pay from my husbands acount but I must sent all relevant documents to them of my husband and I did so! They told me it was sent to the relevant department and the will give me feedback soon! Up to today I am still waiting for feedback! When sending them mesage on measegner I was told to be paitiant I was the one that bridge the term and conditions and they are trying to help! The way I see it they also bridge it by ecepting payment from another acount! I spoke to my sister about this and then she told me some one working with her had the same problem Yesplay does not pay when you win big
