Received a telephone call to clarify when I needed the cookies as they had a 5/6 week shelf life. Thought that was very considerate. I coulny comment on the cookies as they were gifts and they were so beautifully wrapped that I did not want to open them to look.

The customer service of Carlton Kitchen is amazing, friendly and efficient. I have ordered numerous biscuit gift tins from them and received them myself and they are SO yummy, also decorated beautifully which makes them very special. They package their products with care and I will continue to use them, and highly recommend!

Arrived on time & in excellent condition (none broken). They tasted amazing too, husband was really pleased with them & had them with his morning cup of coffee.

Lovely homemade biscuits, bought as a gift for friends and they have all loved them, they all wanted to know where I got them. Bought a pack for myself and I will definitely be buying more, excellent presentation too.
