This was the second order I made for face masks from Mars Knitwear. I ordered 2 more adult masks along with 2 kids masks. Finding masks my children will wear has been a challenge until now, and they love them. Our masks are so comfortable to wear and even had people comment on how nice they look, with one friend making an order after seeing ours. Will certainly be back to buy more. In addition to the masks being great, the communication with their customer service team has been amazing, friendly, very helpful and funny. A real pleasure to buy from. I received the masks you sent and was so surprised, the orange one and black with white heart where small which my 8 year old daughter has claimed and she loves them. Could never get her to wear a mask and she was always aware of people staring even though she's a child, as for me I have tried both the grey lilac one and the black and I am amazed, these fit really well the grey lilac one seems thicker than the black one, but I have managed to wear both comfortably. The black one is my preferred choice for work as that's inside and with heating etc on in the building it gets rather hot plus many stairs to navigate, with the black one feeling light and roomy as well as secure I don't feel so restricted. The lilac grey one is my choice for outside especially at the moment as feels thicker and warmer but again not restricting. With both masks they don't seem to stick to your face, therefore not restricting airways, they don't rub, and I have almost forgot I was wearing which I never thought I would say about any mask, Especially with my breathing and black out issues. Having started lockdown using disposal masks and then a cheap reusable one I found them to be uncomfortable and thanks to my beard they rode up my face while talking. Mars masks are nothing like any of the others I've tried and honestly probably a lot cheaper than using disposable ones in the long run. Comfortable fit and durable for daily use there is no down side or discomfort using them. Everyone in my family now has a pair of masks so we always have them handy when one is in the wash.

Excellent masks and great customer service. The masks are much more stylish than the average and also very comfortable and effective. That said, one of my masks developed a fault but this was rectified extremely quickly and efficiently. Great product and service to match. Thank you.

I purchased a face mask, it had a slight fault, but still usable, I contacted them and explained the fault and sent a photo. They apologised and sent a replacement out straight away, when I opened the package, to my surprise they had sent two. Excellent customer service!! Also the mask is very comfortable to wear, No hesitation in recommending the product and the company.

I ordered a mask from this company but unfortunately although tracked it appeared to vanish and not be delivered. I contacted customer services and they immediately dispatched another mask at no extra cost. The second mask then also arrived on the same day ! It seems this was down to massive issues with the Royal Mail. I offered to pay for the second mask but they gifted it to me. So a top customer service from a small British company. As for the mask, it's top quality, the most comfortable mask I have had. I would highly recommend both the company and the masks.

Purchased a couple of face masks for myself initially having been dissapointed by many that I had tried, and not keen on the disposables filling up landfill. Since I have bought several more for family as they look good, fit well and are easy to wash. Really good service and excellent product!

This face mask is the best by far that I have purchased, perfect fit and does not fog up my glasses which is a bonus. Will definitely buy more. Fast and efficient service mask came within days of ordering.

Thank you for a prompt response to my order, these are great masks and they are easy to wash and dry. Good quality product and they do what they say they do no more steamed up glasses, easy to breath through very comfortable I forget it is there. I will be ordering more great choice of design.

The mask is light and covers my face well. It is not close to the mouth, has a space, like a pouch, which is very good. So one does not feel constricted. It sits well behind the ears and it does not hurt or pull. It can be adjusted to be higher on the nose bridge, so to accommodate glasses. Therefore, reducing the fog effect. It also stretches, but does not loose shape. It seems that one size fits all. For me it is one to wear on a cold day, walking about or riding a bike. It feels nice and comfortable.

We have tried loads of masks and Mars are the best. Light, comfortable and breathable, Mars are the masks to take with you wherever you go.

I had a problem with non delivery of masks on a tracked package via Royal Mail.sent Mars knitwear an email.got a very friendly prompt response and a promise of a duplicate package to be delivered the next day.have ordered from them several times.the masks are comfortable soft and wash well.happy to recommend.im getting different colours for different outfits as this covid seems here to stay for a long while.

First class product & service. These masks are truly amazing. You can breathe in them & they are comfortable. If you think about it, a knitted mask is always going to be better than one cut from a piece of cloth. Knitted garment contours to the face. I honestly love my Mars masks.

The facemask that I purchased from Mars knitwear is definitely the best quality mask I have found available. The fit and materials are first class. Customer service is equally impressive with responses to my enquiries being addressed right away. Its clear that this is a company that values it's customers.

Fantastic service. No problems with tracked delivery and package arrived two days after ordering . About the mask itself . Great design and very comfortable . The elastic to go behind you ears is wider than other masks i have bought , so less ear ache . There is a little bit of give in the elastic across the nose so there is less pulling on the ears again but its still a snug fit . Very happy with the first two i bought so went back for more in different colours.

With the recent Covid crisis and being fed up of wearing uncomfortable, un-environmentally friendly disposable masks we started to look for reusable face coverings. I am an avid supporter of British Manufacturing and rather than buy some Far Eastern import we found Mars Knitwear. I initially ordered 2 masks to check the quality and fit, when they arrived I was not disappointed. Extremely comfortable, excellent quality and the perfect fit. We ordered 6 more masks, 2 for each car and some for my parents. We did have an issue with one of the elastics on the mask breaking, an email to Mars with some photos and a replacement was dispatched immediately with next day delivery. Cannot be faulted, Thank you!

Royal mail didn't deliver my mask, so they sent a new one with DPD and then when both masks did turn up they allowed me to keep it. The best customer service ever, they reply very quickly on messenger. The masks are great quality as well and definitely feel better on my face than previous masks I've worn. Will definitely be recommending to friends.
