Chris has been fantastic through out the process of purchasing our new home. From meeting him at our first viewing he was friendly and professional, extremely knowledgable and could answer any of our questions straight away. When we submitted an offer on the property via email at closing time he contacted the sellers and got back to us straight away albeit out of office hours. He then proceeded to do more than his job like finding out details of our chain that our agent should have known (but didn't) to keep us and the sellers up to date with the process. We liked having the WhatsApp group between us all, we found this really helpful and informative. We prefer to use independents and local. Price was very competitive, service great, got the job done.
