I would not recommend Instant holidays. I booked a holiday to Greece over a year in advance with Sani Holidays/Instant Holidays & due to Covid 19 was unable to go. After constant chasing on the telephone & emails being ignored, I managed to speak to our contact who advised that we could move it to 2021 BUT at a cost of an additional £2,500 to which obviously we couldn't afford!! We were fobbed off with a Refund Credit Note!! to which to this day we have never received or had any communication from Instant Holidays/Sani holidays. I found them very quick to take your money but not very responsive when asked for a REFUND!! Appalling way to treat your customers! After waiting patiently for six weeks I'm delighted to say we have received our money back via a charge back with our bank! If it wasn't for the bank we would still be in the dark from Instant holidays/Sani holidays! I understand this is my experience and others have had no problem with Instant holidays but I would do your research first or book direct with the resort.

Booked through Facebook for 2 trips Lapland at Xmas and Robin Hood Adventureland next year they were so quick and efficient will be using them all the time can’t recommend them enough

I have booked 4 holidays with Joanne . Sadly No3 was cancelled No4 is pending. I have had nothing but a positive experience. She dealt everything, goes out of her way, over and above to get me everything I require. Looking forward to booking No5.

Fantastic company, the customer service is second to none. Always use Chloe to book our holidays as she goes the extra mile, nothings too much trouble and she has always found us a holiday tailor made to suit our needs at very competitive prices. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service especially from both Chloe and Joanne, couldn’t fault them at all especially during this time. Booked many holidays through them, and certainly will be booking many more. Nothing is too much, and they make you feel like your number one. Making the whole process pain free and fantastic. 100% would recommend this company to anyone

I booked our holiday with Chloe in December. She was very friendly and helpful and could not have done anymore to make sure we had the best deal and package for us, nothing was too much trouble. We have since changed our holiday due to the pandemic. During this time Chloe constantly keep us up to date with what was happening and what our choices where. All in all excellent customer service I can not fault them would not book with anyone else.

I would definitely not recommend this holiday company. My May holiday to Corfu was cancelled due to the corona virus. I emailed the company to inform them that I was unable to rebook due to family circumstances and requested a full refund according to the law. ( Package Travel Regulations 2018) I expressly stated I did not want a credit refund voucher. They ignored my request and sent me one anyway. I have sent four emails altogether all pointing out the law and requesting ( as advised by ABTA) a time frame for the refund to be given. They have not addressed any of my concerns and I have just been “fobbed off” with standard replies. The Credit Refund Voucher only enables me to apply for a refund in March 2021 and only then will they reimburse me IF they have received monies from their providers. This is absolutely against the law, a fact I have pointed out in all my correspondence. They are denying me my legal rights to a full refund. They are holding nearly £5,000 of my money. The last straw came today when I received an email asking me if I would like to rebook my holiday for next year! This has been my experience with Instant Holidays and it has been a nightmare!. I must now seek legal help to resolve the issue.

If I could give a lower star than one I would do Like the previous reviewer Lorna S we have been refused a refund and been told our holiday would cost more. We were taken by surprise so I agreed to a smaller room still costing us more. We then changed our minds and asked her to reinstate our room to what it was meant to be. I was told this would cost a further £50. When I emailed to ask as a gesture of good will would she forego the £50 I didnt receive any reply until I sent a more formal email asking for an explanation for the increase. The hotel are not putting their prices up nor have they received any money from Instant Holidays. When I eventually got to speak to Instant Holidays she would not give me an acceptable reason for the extra cost. I told her I would be taking it further which I am

I was going to book a 2 week holiday for 5 to the ikos dassia until I read that they were illegally refusing to give customers who'd had their holidays cancelled a cash refund. I've since been advised by various people to steer clear as they've lost integrity and their future revenues are going to plummet due to this.

These guys are a crowd of cowboys, booked a holiday to Greece, at apparently the worlds number one resort. Holiday was cancelled due to Covid 19, they have refused to give me a full cash refund within the 14 days, sending me a note stating I will only be refunded end of March next year. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

Please don’t book with this company, the problems started when we first booked and they miss quoted us by £2000 as they quoted 10 nights despite us asking about 14. We were happy with the price so we cancelled another holiday with the though this was affordable. A few hours later we got a call back and Laura told us there had been a mistake and it would be more money. We decided reluctantly to book as we had no real choice having cancelled the other honeymoon and set our heart on this hotel. As soon as we booked the communication from Laura was poor, we had to email numerous time’s to book our seats. Then we saw she had spelt our names wrong, we emailed 3 times to get that changed, bearing in mind the spelling was on the email so there could be no miscommunication, still they continually told me it was correct when it clearly wasn’t. The global pandemic meant we cancelled our wedding, we looked at moving the holiday to next year and were told it would be £1200 more expensive!!! We found the same holiday online with a better room for the same as this year and we’ve booked that, we feel this company tried to take advantage of the situation to make money. The company are refusing point blank to refund the £5500 we have spent with them, we know it’s difficult for them but we simply cannot rely on them to provide our honeymoon and need the money!! Avoid and use another company who know what they are doing! Since expressing my dissatisfaction and stating I would be reviewing them and their service I’ve had a phone call from Laura to intimidate me into not writing a review. She stated to me if she saw a review she would “have to take it further” and that it would be slander, so unprofessional! I had to point out it’s not slander if it’s the truth and others have the right to know how I’ve been treated. The call left me and my partner shocked and appalled, please do not use.
