They are a great service, I've used them for sampling and onsite testing now. I've always found them to be great in every aspect of their service.

Hi have used Bradley environmental for a number of things now including asbestos and Legionella surveys and training for maintenance staff on both asbestos and legionella awareness and would recommend them to anybody.

Prompt service with clear instructions on sending artex samples. It would have been more informative if a percentage estimate of asbestos content in samples could have been given.

I received the result by email within 24 hours of the samples being delivered by royal mail to the laboratory. I recommend their service but advise you to order as many samples as you need as it is more cost efficient to do so.

Very prompt service but we felt there were hidden costs which were not made obvious upon purchase. Return postage not included, we ordered a kit for one sample and as it came with 3 bags and a sheet with 3 spaces we filled them all with samples from the same room. They called us to let us know we needed to pay more to have all 3 done even though we ordered a kit for 1. They advised that the results were ready but the extra payment '£20' needed to be cleared first. Bit naughty really. If you only want people to send 1 sample when they've ordered it then only send 1 bag.

Best place I've found to do my training

We used Bradley Environmental for our Legionella RA. The report undertaken by Barry was professional and has given us a framework to work from for our own management checklists moving forward. I would highly recommend the service.
