Excellent Product and customer service. I ordered this Gazebo last minute as was let down by another company and needed it for next day delivery. The customer service was amazing, i think i ended up speaking to everyone in the office as i was going back and forth deciding on colour and size but they were so patient and helpful. My gazebo looks amazing in my garden, i have recommended to all friends and family. Thanks again girls, you're all amazing

I absolutely love it! I have a concrete garden and with plenty of sandbags, it's really secure. Once we'd mastered it, we can get it up and down in no time - you can do it by yourself but it's a bit awkward so easier with 2. I put a pendant heater in mine and wrap twinkly lights around the frame and its dry, cosy and really quite magical! My friends are disappointed when I invite them in the house! Be careful with the window panels as they can tear quite easily but gorilla clear tape fixed it. I love it! When I first ordered it, the side panels were the wrong size for the frame, but the customer service was amazing and they arranged collection and redelivery the following day. I'd recommend the product and the company to anyone who'd listen!!

The Pop up Gazebo is well designed, good quality and good value. It provides pleasant shade from the sun, is waterproof, simple to erect and quite attractive. My reason for only four stars is that the canopy needs better reinforcement at the corners. Mine split at two corners after only 2 summers and the replacement was nearly £100

We have twice placed an order from All seasons and both times the customer service has been above and beyond! We first ordered a gazebo last spring during restrictions but the sides weren’t available as sold out. However we paired it with sides from another online company and the result worked very well. Then more recently we have ordered the sides from All seasons ( as more weather proof) but haven’t had to use yet. There was an error with this second purchase in that we were sent the wrong item but customer service were very friendly and responsive and quickly arranged delivery of the sides. The gazebo as a whole is excellent quality and a good investment for garden use.

Excellent build quality. Left up for over 6 months including high winds. Completely weatherproof. The only concern is the weakness of the windows. These two walls will require replacing soon.

we ordered a 3m x 3m gazebo for Christmas it arrived on time and we are happy with the product quality, there was one small breakage in the box which was a plastic end cap for one of the upright poles, but these things happen, so i got in touch via the website and spoke to a lovely person by the name of lea, who got us a replacement part organised and sent out the second they were open after new year with no questions asked, cant fault their service or product at all thanks for the help

I had to buy a replacement frame for a 4 seasons gazebo because two bars were broken and couldn't be separately replaced. The one that was sent did not fit my gazebo. The people that I dealt with were charming but it took a lot of hassle to resolve the problem which eventually required me to return the frame and buy another frame with hood etc.

I have had the Gazeba for over a year now and it has been used during the winter months of 2020 & 2021. It is up all winter over the garden table. The construction of both the frame and roof material is very good and I've had no issues. I purchased the superior version as this has a more weather resistant material.

Just one problem with the guy ropes, rotted very quickly had to be replaced. Otherwise really pleased with it and would buy again.

Surprisingly easy to erect and close. Excellent gazebo, met all our needs, cannot wait for spring to set it up again

Very good gazebo, easy to put up or take down. It a quality piece of kit solid and well made with strong roof. We bought the extra side curtains which are easy to fit and take off.

We bought an All Seasons gazebo early in 2021 to use for outside entertaining during Covid restrictions. We have been very impressed with the quality of the gazebo. It is very sturdy, easy to put up and stable during windy weather. It is the best thing we have bought during the pandemic!

A friend of mine had an all seasons gazebo and would always be able to bring it out if we were dining outside and it rained. Then came Covid and I decided to buy one myself which was extraordinary as all during that first dreadful year I would have visitors. Either for a meal or coffee or wine or just a chat. We could sit happily protected from the weather - outside - social distancing. It’s changed the way I live.

Have always provided the best built gazebos. I had to buy one in an emergency the other day, from Argos. Nowhere close to the build quality from all seasons.
