Ordered a beautiful Waterman 18k fountain pen front assembly. Arrived safely but was packed loosely wrapped in plastic with no protection for the nib! Surprised it wasn't boxed or at least a cap over the nib. Could easily have been damaged. Thankfully it wasn't but for over £100 I expected sturdier packing.

They advertised the pen + ink cartridges. Didn't send the ink cartridges. Then you have to email, chase up, wait. Not great when you are spending close to £100

My pen is an old, many years old, parker pen and it finally ran out, and I had no replacement so I thought I would try to find a supply. Finding your company was a bonus. Also I was allowed to buy an individual replacement. Brilliant, I got it within a few days. The only problem was the nib size. I like a fine nib but only a medium nib was available, but it's useable for my needs. Good choice of refills.

So pleased with the Parker pen I ordered. The engraving added a special touch and I’m sure the recipient-a newly qualified solicitor-will love it. Ordered extra re-fills afterwards and they also came quickly and well packaged. Would highly recommend.

I ordered and paid for a pen to be delivered to my family in Guernsey. On talking to "The Pen Company" I understood that I could reclaim Vat of about £55. The pen was delivered but on phoning the "The On Line Pen Company" they knew nothing about this and were dismissive.
