The site needs more tweaks and fixes, but service of buying and selling was quite fast.

I was looking for Jordan retro 4 that recently dropped. After searching and searching i found them here. I ordered and it wasn't until after i read the reviews. The reviews had me having anxiety and panicking being i spent quite a bit on these shoes. I got the shoes right on time and they were exactly what i ordered. i even called the nike store and they recommended a place to get them verified to see if they were fakes. I paid to get them verified and they turned out to be real. my son was super happy and so was I.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/26, the pricing seemed a bit too good to be true. But the shoes came on time, 1/3 and in perfect condition. I hadn't received a shipping email so I emailed customer service to make sure. They responded in less then 24 hours. So overall I'd say my experience went pretty well 👌🏻

I ordered the Air Jordan 1 High OG ""Shadow 2.0 on July 31 and received them on 8/5. Service was fast and seamless. The sneakers were new and fit my son perfectly. They were dropped off by my garage with no problem. I would definitely order from them again.

I had the worst experience with this website, First, I placed a bid on a pair of shoes and was charged for shipping on top of that. Then, I received no updates or confirmation. After repeatedly contacting them on WhatsApp, I finally got a message saying the price had increased, and I needed to pay the difference—plus shipping fees again! They assured me they would refund the first shipping charge and promised my order would arrive within 2-6 days. But after 7 days with no delivery, I reached out, only to be told my order was lost, and they would refund the full amount. It's now been a week with no refund, no updates, and no response

My experience was perfect, in the website is not obvious the success of the purchase (they can improve it). So I paid double for error. But then I contacted them on WhatsApp and they gave me the money back super quickly and shipped the item super quickly.

Worst place to buy shoes.. They don't reach out, worst customer care service, and they don't even accept when they do a mistake absolutely horrible..

We purchased a pair of shoes from this store a month ago through Instagram, we requesting size 45.5. The store provided a link to complete the order, and as trusting customers we used the link they sent without double-checking the order details. Unfortunately, we received the wrong size. We immediately contacted the store multiple times via Instagram and email to inform them of the mistake and get the correct size, but we received no response for weeks. After repeated follow-ups on all their social media accounts, the store finally got back to us and offered store credit, stating they only accept returns for damaged items. This was incredibly disappointing. Why should we accept store credit when the mistake was entirely theirs? And we requested a refund because of the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused have completely eroded our trust in this store. Given this poor experience, we don’t feel confident buying from them again. We’re sharing this in hopes of helping others avoid a similar situation with this store and their customer service.

I place my order February 29 2024 until now I don't have the shoe ..I pay the full price but no shoe they scammed me .. please don't buy this thriller.. I tried contacting to refund my money..but no response please beware to this..

It was a great buying experience. They originally informed me that the pair of shoes I received weren’t authenticated, but offered to send me a pre-verified pair of shoes, instead of going through the hassle of waiting another week. Wish their customer service were a little more responsive but overall a great and trustworthy platform.

Absolutely unprofessional!!!I placed my order and paid 3/4 and till today I don’t have a confirmation email or my receipt that I paid!!! Nobody answers the phone!!!Nobody replies to my email!!!Nobody replies in WhatsApp!!!!when you’re saying 5-7 days shipping we are expecting something between not more ofc or at least someone can contact to give us more details!!!

Great Service

Just got paid by Thriller! The pick up was really fast aswell as the authetication of the pair. The website was user friendly but kinda slow and sometimes unresponsive but overall experience was great. Would definitely recommend to my colleagues.
