I had a lovely experience with AS Køreskole. The location for theory lessons is right in the middle of the city in Østerbro. My driving instructor Johar is super nice, patient and really good at his job. I cleared both my theory and driving test in first attempt.

I am very glad that I chose AS Køreskole to get my driving license in Denmark. There I received all the needed support and information all the way until my final exam. I would like to emphasize my driving teacher, Dejan. I simply think he is the best driving teacher I could wish for. He is eternally positive, responsible and caring person. He is never late and very flexible compared to other instructors. He really cares for his students and he gives 150% of himself. He is also demanding and this extra effort he is demanding will do you good, when you go to the exam and drive afterwards.

Jeg startede på A/S køreskole lynkursus forløb i Septemper måned. Det gik meget fint, vi havde teoriundervisning 2. gang om ugen af to af deres kørelærer og jeg bestået teoriprøven 1. Forsøg. Cirka en uge senere bestilt min kørelærer Cihan en køreprøve til mig. På dagen, jeg skulle op til køreprøven var vi ude at køre på Amager (Hvor køreprøverne finder sted) inden prøven for at varme lidt op. Han fortalt at jeg skulle tage det med ro og vi talt lidt om bilens teknik inden køreprøven. Jeg bestået køreprøven første gang uden ekstra kørelektioner og nu kan jeg køre bil!! 😁 Jeg mega tilfreds med forløbet og vil klart anbefale både kørelæreren Cihan og køreskolen A/S køreskole på Østerbro.

Dejan is such a great instructor. He has very high standards and makes sure you pass the exam in the first go. Overall he’s a great man that’s a lot of fun to drive with!

This driving school was amazing! I did the quick course which was suoer effectice. My teacher Dejan was amazing! Always super enthousiastic and set high standards which prepped me well for my exams - passed first go :) Goran was also reslly helpful with accomodating me when I needed to do my theory test quickly before summer. Super helpfull and always available! Had a lot of fun and am really happy with my lisence.

Two of my friends recommended me AS school, and myself also had a very good and pleasant experience here. I started my driving license exchange from a very occupied period where there was almost no chance to get a seat in any theory test. But really thanks to Goran, I didn’t wait for so long, and he managed to sign me up for the theory test. When I started practice on road, Johar was my instructor, and he has been very kind and patient with me. Also he had very clear guidance during the road practices. Even though I didn’t pass in the first trial, he has been very supportive and always had full confidence on me. He also tried very hard to sign me up for the 2nd tests. I have been very glad and happy in the whole process. Highly recommended AS driving school!

If you're looking for a 4-week driving course with teachers that are actually fluent in English and have automatic and manual transmission cars, then AS Køreskole is the best option! The school has a proper study environment and is not a crowded darkroom as I experienced in other schools in Copenhagen. We finished our theory lessons on time (4 weeks as promised). Due to the corona aftermath, the slippery track and driving test had a long waiting time. But that’s out of the school's control. All in all, I started in July and finished in October. Regardless, I passed my theory and practical test first try (I took 2 extra lessons a day before the test). I had a great experience with Johar - a patient, punctual, dedicated, kind, and excellent driving instructor. I can't thank him enough for sharing his expertise. Note: *If you need the license fast, I recommend that you’re open to going to Aarhus or other cities to take the theory test. *Sign up to prove.dk and invest a lot of time in the mock tests. Don't be overconfident if you already know how to drive. I witness a guy failing his second theory test, although he has been driving in his home country for 5 years.

Here are the facts: * I started the school early june, * finished theory lessons mid-july, * finished practical lessons end of july * passed my theory exam on the 11 of August on the first attempt, * took 5 extra 2*45 min. lessons, * passed my practical lessons the 21st of september on the first attempt, * all the while i was working a full time job and travelled 3 weeks abroad. The school: The teaching philosophy in the school revolves around the “lynkursus” or quick course. The curriculum is intensive and demanding both in terms of time and energy. The administrative staff performed well considering the fact that there is huge demand for appointments for both theoretical and practical exams due to COVID. Other problem that arose during the course were solved very quickly. For example, at the beginning I had to change practical teacher due to his car having failed and the school quickly found replacement teacher. The practical teacher (Dejan): He is a very organized person who is always punctual. He was quite flexible with his time as well and he is clearly hard working. The lesson time was always 100% dedicated to driving. What I really appreciated in him as a person is his extreme dedication to his craft and his maximalism. If you understand where he is coming from, you will succeed with him. Overall would I recommend AS Koreskole? Yes, this is the formula 1 of getting a driving license. People who only care about getting results and who are dedicated themselves to get their license as quickly as possible and as efficiently as possible will succeed here.

Jeg blevet overtaget af Cihan, fra min gammel kørelærer, som mente at jeg var klar til køreprøve, hvilket så viste sig ikke at være tilfældet. Tak til Cihan for en meget meget effektive og sjove køretimer. Udover at han gøre en til en god billigst, så får man også nogle hygge timer samtidig. AS køreskole kan stærkt anbefales.

As an expat with heavy workload I wanted to finish ASAP. It was no B.S. and fast paced. I passed my theory and practice tests in the first try.

I chose this school because of all the good reviews I could read here. It was a huge disappointment. That’s why I decided to write this review, because I met other people in my situation and they wouldn’t bother to do it. I had three different instructors and I experienced these kind of situations: - Instructor went to fill up the car at the gas station using time of the class. - Instructor finishing the class earlier than it should be. (10-15 min) to give an extensive feedback of how your driving was. - Instructor being on his phone either talking to other students or who knows, and not paying attention to your driving. - Instructor talking bad about other students. “How is it possible that they don’t learn X .“ - Instructor having zero patience with your driving, saying things like: “something is wrong with you that you don’t remember this. I already told you this.” 
I’m supposed to be learning there. Right? - Instructor telling me how they would book students in other cities so they could earn a lot of money and buy presents for their kids (you need to pay a lot of money to take the exam in other cities) - Instructor stopping by their houses to do personal stuff during your driving time. - Instructor was really slow at replying. Booking of classes happened via texts, sometimes it would take 6-7 days before getting an answer which made the entire process of getting the driving hours needed super slow. - Instructor not turning on the AC in the hottest days of the summer, probably to save gas. And I could continue but I guess you got the point. 
I will point out the good behaviour to be fair. The administrative person (Goran) was helpful. The first time I was supposed to have my driving test, I didn’t have my application because another student took it from the instructors car, the instructor assumed it was his mistake and paid for a second test. Still, it was a stressful situation and of course not professional of them to pass on my personal papers to another student. After not passing the driving test the first time, I changed to another driving school where I could see a big difference. I had very few classes and I got my license without a problem.

Han formået altid at presse mig, men trække fra, hvis det blev for meget. Helt fantastisk læring fra ham, der gjorde mig eksponentiel bedre, hver køretime. Jeg opfordrer alle til at vælge AS- køreskole fem stjerner herfra, og kæmpe skud ud til Cihan, som også blev meget tæt for mig.
