They called me back the next day a VERY VERY RUDE young man called me to say he had found me a newer car for the same price. I said i had found a car now so this wasn't needed and his rude response was " so I've found 3 cars that's newer for the same price and you don't want me to send them you, alright then '' and slammed the phone down. Sort out your customer service!!!!

United Kingdom | 26 January 2025Early in January Regit sent me an email telling to tax my car, I knew it was due but can only do if after a reminder from D.V.L.A. I have received another telling me my tax runs out in 10 days, it is taxed to end of January 2026, I have never given them my email, so it must be a insurance company that have passed me details on to them, then I pusume if I try to tax through them their will be a fee

United Kingdom | 18 December 2024I have tried to contact Regit.cars concerning my un-succesful request for them to remove me from their subscription, but guess what, NOT even this works. All I want is for my name to be taken off their newsletter subscription, it's as simple as that.

United Kingdom | 03 April 2024I use merely a small fraction of the services offered by Regit - an online motoring magazine whose articles provide me with brief engaging reads of short overviews of car and driving related issues aimed at the interested motorist, sometimes featuring new models or changes in regulations or laws, sometimes looking at the past (often making fun of it) and sometimes more general news items. At the end of many of the articles Disqus provides readers the opportunity to make a comment or vent some ire, something I take advantage of quite regularly. Regit provides many other useful services... I would miss it if it was to disappear...

United Kingdom | 26 September 2023The initial phone call after my enquiry was fast and prompt but after that I had radio silence. Was promised a call in 24 hours to organise a test drive but over a week later I am still waiting. Will not bother trying and will go elsewhere.

If I had been made aware by letter of the original area I would not have purposely entered area illegally an benn fined £90. On that occasion I was just going to the City of London cemetery with my wife who would normally go by car with no problem and ULEZ never entered the conversation.
