They were helpful in the beginning identifying the weeds and drawing up a report about them for us that was detailed and precise. So far the process seems to be effective as the persistent weeds haven't returned.

A prompt site visit was soon arranged and he emailed a comprehensive survey report containing map data and site photos of the property the following day. Couldn't ask for more, thank you again guys.
