That girl is beyond patient and put up with me swapping and changing my preferences. She is very knowledgeable about stock and fixings. Reasonable pricing and great service. Have used this company twice now for home renovations and would highly recommend

We ordered and purchased a radiator for our bathroom from Feature Radiators in Bingley, West Yorkshire. It was a great experience from start to finish. The showroom is amazing, some unbelievable radiators on show, and it is the largest radiator showroom we have seen! We soon picked out the radiator we wanted, ordered it, and within a few days it was ready for us to collect. It was a very smooth process. But what really stood out for us was the helpfulness of the staff, they couldn't do enough for us. They took the time to explain the pro's and cons of each radiator we were interested in with particular reference to our own requirements (room size, output needed etc). There was definitely NO hard sell as there often is in other showrooms. They even carried the radiator out to our car once it had arrived! We would have absolutely no hesitation at all in purchasing future radiators from Featute Radiators.

I bought a tall Core Column radiator and could not be more pleased with the service and product delivered. I can be quite particular and we shared about 25 emails (bet they hated me!), but they were patient and so very very thorough, we got down to exchanging images and pipes and walls. So nice to deal with people who truley care. I will be a returning customer to feature radiators, thank you to your excellent team.

A review I’m torn on … Nice products but for me the initial advice cost me a lot of money. I provided the size of the room & space it was going into. I openly admitted I knew nothing about radiators. I went with the recommended size & for the lounge this worked perfectly. However for two bedrooms went very wrong … Two dinky radiators arrived which would have looked absurd had I of installed them (Apparently the advice only considers heat output). As they were custom painted they couldn’t be returned & nor would they help me in reselling them through putting them on their website or insta page. Whilst they did me a deal on a replacement (which I took for master bed), I find myself heading into winter with one bedroom still without a radiator as the cost has been prohibitive & £1550 of radiators in their original packaging in storage (I’ve had them on marketplace & eBay for several months now). Needless to say, disappointment customer, but torn in the fact the original product was nice.

Excellent service from Jason at Feature Radiators. Endless patience as I chose the radiators, the colours, the valves etc., very efficient delivery, excellent after-sales help. Radiators look great - Etonian 4 column tall radiators.

Great showroom and helpful knowledgable staff. We did have an issue with the radiators that were delivered but Jason could not have been more helpful in resolving the problem. So good to deal with real people.

What a lovely company and what thoroughly lovely people it employs. Just such a pleasure to deal with each and every person. Everyone so knowledgeable and nothing is too much. Bought two lovely cast iron rads and I will only come to Feature for every other one I purchase in the future. Service, service, service and with a smile and a lot of personality is their key. I didn't know companies existed like this anymore. I'm happy to speak about my experience with anyone thinking of buying a rad from Feature. This level of service makes you want to make a review as glowing as this.

Fantastic product and excellent service. I have purchased two iRads last winter which have been installed beautifully in my flat. They add a very nice finish to the flat and I'm very happy with the level of heating.
