I’m about to send a report to the FTC and SEC for this groups illegal bait and switch tactics as I too was victim to their deceptive and misleading money back guarantee. It was clearly advertised to me in a webinar with a live person who was supposedly representing wealthylead’s moon signals crypto signal group. It was advertised to me that there was a no risk, no obligation, get your money back anytime for whenever reason money back guarantee. So This premise alone is what had sold me to pay $1500 to gain membership of this club of which really didn’t even end up as good as what they were promoting it to be either. Now way you’re not going to be making some 22k week or month, or something crazy sounding like that. These type of groups really only benefit 2 types of people, either you’re stable financially, or your rich getting richer. I was in a stable position to invest and well the no risk, refund your money back guarantee anytime had sold me. Fast-forward, I had a family emergency and since have now become financially unstable. With my new hardships and no capital to grow I decided it would be an appropriate time to pull out and get my money back through their money back guarantee. In an email sent to me by their support and billing I was basically just dropped a link of their new policy a “360 day money back guarantee” now after reading this policy it states how one would need to provide proof that you had been active the whole year and be at a loss on return of investment to qualify for their money back guarantee. Well, for me since I’m no longer living that stable lifestyle, I no longer have the capital to be investing with so I’m basically getting scammed out of my money. Scammed from the beginning with the bait and switch, to next being scammed as it is now impossible for me to fulfill their terms for a 360 day money back guarantee as I’m now unable to invest to stay active. Wealthy leads also sold me on purchasing a crypto trading bot for $1000 which it’s been about a year and have not even come close to a positive return on investment since the bot performs NOWHERE close to what they advertise their bot to perform. Overall this group needs to be federally investigated and shut down so they don’t cause more financial damage to intentionally mislead consumers.

This guy Richard Telfaja is a total scam, he tried to scam people to buy his bots and his bots suck. Please do not believe anything coming out from this person. He just created another company under the this website apexalerts.com to lure others to buy his bots again. We need to stop him for good.

This company makes these trading promises, over charges and never gives bitcoin promised. I have tried many times to just get back the over charge of 500$ and on the all they promised me bitcoin for free for just joining , but nothing was ever worked out to send it and they never send it. I have tried on live calls, emails to get help and nothing but 2 responses 3 weeks late.

I had a very disappointing experience with Wealthy Leads. Despite their claims, the trading bot is unusable in my country due to local restrictions, and the bot’s performance was much lower than advertised (3-6% vs. 15-30% per month). Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, including promises of a refund from one of the owners, Richard, no refund has been issued. I have documentation of all communications, including ignored emails and misleading support responses. Beware of their false advertising and unprofessional behavior.

Buyers beware, their "money back guarantee" has nearly impossible strings attached to it and is as worthless as their Apex Bot. Ran it for two weeks with ZERO results then got a consultant on ZOOM who just tried to get me to invest another $4k into signals from the same guys.

I really wish I had read these reviews before signing up with these jokers. They are the absolute worse. They have a false 60 money back guarantee that they do not stand behind at all. They make false promises of 28% monthly returns. It's really like 1-2%. They will give you the run around and ghost you. Do not give these guys your money. Karma will come back around to these guys eventually.

Similar to many others here, I too fell victim to Wealthy Leads' (WL) 60-day refund policy, which appears to be a tactic aimed at exploiting unsuspecting customers and disregarding their business policies. According to WL's refund policy as communicated by Eric (on 8 April 2024): [You are eligible] if you can provide evidence of the following (which can be sent to us via screenshots or pictures): - Watch all the videos - Create the necessary accounts - Use the Apex Bot and did not generate revenue - Ask questions in the Discord Group - And are within the 60-day timeframe Despite providing evidence for all the mentioned requirements and numerous attempts to contact their billing department and customer support via email and the Discord channel, this company simply "ghosts" you, even though they open your support emails (I tracked all of them). Naturally, I initiated a dispute with my credit card company, but I regret not checking here (Trustpilot) before investing in this non-performing scam. In the end, if you're considering Wealthy Leads' advertised "Apex Bot" (or any other product) I strongly advise conducting your own research and steering clear of this organization in your trading journey.

Everyone was very kind. After I took the onboarding 1/2 zoom class; and discovered I would have to pay monthly rate for an additional site; I've decided to cancel. There doesn't seem to be any type of reliable office available and no contact information listed directly on their site. So I have been sending emails. So far, some people are stating police reports need to be made out. Just need honesty, and honor their policy. No visible contact numbers are red flags

I was skeptical from the beginning & against my better judgement I decided to try it out because of their money back guarantee . As of cancelling after 2 weeks & bot activity with no results & sending 3 cancellation emails last week I have yet heard to hear back from these scammers. I have already transferred my money out of my crypto account back to my bank account . I have also put a dispute in with my credit card company . Next is too report them to SEC & FTC & BBB . Don't do it !!!!

This is a scam, they hype the APEX Bot up, promise lots of bonuses and deliver none, my bot made .02c in 10 days, the customer support is terrible. If they don't honor their money back guarantee they will find themselves in a big lawsuit, I am not afraid and don't need an attorney to do it. I will cost them a lot of money and grief. I will also be filing a complaint with my credit card company. Their bot is just losing me money they are not fixing it, they keep saying it works but is down over half of the intitial investment.

I have been asking for a refund for the last 2 weeks. Eric Schneider does not respond. I sent screen shots of the account set ups and went through all the videos on their site and he has been completely unresponsive. The bot does not trade and the reps for the most part do not respond. This said Nicholas has responded but has not been able to get Eric in billing to respond yet. Do not fall for the sales pitch hype. I believe Luis does that sales pitch and he was the one that set up my bots that don't work. The whole trading strategy is based on a Martingale strategy (if first trade loses, it doubles and places another trade, and so on and so on). It can win but it can also lose big. Once again do not fall for any of the sales hype. I'll be posting more updates as this drags on.

Hi, I purchased a program for $1,000 but the service this company provides is very poor, videos they provide are misleading, service they provide is awful, they even didn't provide me with an agreement copy. Zoom session I booked was delayed by 20 min and tech was not able to help me. I tried to contact them numerous times, but no luck. Need my refund asap.

They have a knack for blowing up accounts, so you have to keep funding it so they can blow it again. This is a con job. I personally tested the platform after reading so many positive comments about [aca-dian-blue L L C], and I found it to be user-friendly. But I plan to continue working with them going forward.

was initially informed that a one-time payment of $997 would be charged for the service. However, I discovered that my credit card was billed twice, and despite this, no receipt for the transactions was provided. Instead, I received instructional material in the form of a PDF and YouTube videos on how to set up and utilize the AI bolt. Furthermore, there was no payment confirmation, leading me to speculate whether this was a deliberate effort to prevent any evidence of the transaction or possibly to evade taxes, or both. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and text messages, there has been no response. It's important for others to exercise caution and not invest their money in this service. The company appears to be collecting funds from the public, possibly in anticipation of a market upswing, but the lack of communication and transparency raises concerns about the legitimacy of their operations. Be vigilant and avoid potential scams.

There is no way to give them ZERO stars. THEY SUCK. No support. Complete liars! No help. Even when they did reply to my request for help they stated: Eric Schneider Wed, Nov 8, 2:07 PM (1 day ago) ======================================== Thanks for contacting the Wealthy Leads Billing Team! 😃 Please be patient as we are attending other members. We will respond to your email within 24 to 48 hours.
