After buying thousands of tickets so far, I finally won £50 in Instant wins comp. I was abroad in USA at that time so my prize was converted to £100 game credit (weird but okay). I utilised some of my game credit to buy more tickets and planned to utilise remaining credit of around £60 on tickets when I get back to UK. A week later when I was back, I logged in to buy some tickets through my game credit, only to see there my account was showing zero balance. I have reached out to support team since then with no response. There is no info provided on when the game balance usually expires. Its too misleading and scammish. Not happy at all.

It’s really scam , Every week I am spending lot of money but never win a part from 0.75pence credit . Now , I will stop spending my hard work money and will request people to do same.

I thought I would give myself a break from BOTB, because one of their customer service ppl said that another player took a break, came back to play and won because of the algorithm,so I tried again, and what a load of rubbish, all you ever win site credit! This company is scam, try stay far away from them.i also did an instant win and couldn't see what the instant win was,they said they'll get back to me and just made up the instant win saying I lost they have had many computer glitches as well, thieves

They are a bunch of liars!! They keep sending me messages with link's to click items for free or Free game credits etc. And when I clicked on them it always redirects me to buy something else on the website and NEVER EVER had any free credits etc. Always saying it expired already... Well they make sure to only send me the notification once it expired already 😭😏😥 STAY AWAY

I won a car.... how much better can things go? Great service and assistance from all at BOTB - particularly as the supply of the car took quite a while, but this was down to the manufacturer and no real fault of BOTB. The team offered loads of options but allowed me to be quite specific with the car's specs. Overall an amazing opportunity and experience.

Have played other similar competitions but never won. Thought that these kind of sites were a bit of a scam but played on BOTB and won a £1000 instant win! Payed into my bank account much quicker than I expected which was amazing. If doing these kinda competitions this is the only one I'll ever try again as it's definitely legit. Site is also really easy to use and I think the football header challenge thing is such an awesome little mini game to pay as opposed to the usual raffle method.
