I have high arches and a Morton's Neuroma in one foot. This spa is essential for me to maintain my exercise regimen and go about daily life in comfort. This spa and arrays are perfect, and customer service is great. Thank you!

I had a minor issue with my Healifeco foot spa but the customer support team was incredibly helpful. They explained what I could do and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the solution. Great support!

Maybe someone can help me, I followed the instructions but not sure the machine is actually working as the green lights have not changed to signify the 5 minute times. The water hasn't gotten any dirtier after about 20 minutes- power is running to it but how so I know it's working?

I was really excited to try the Healifeco Ionic Foot Spa since I’ve been struggling with my energy levels and gut issues. However, when the product arrived, it came with the wrong plug for my country. I reached out to customer service, and they responded immediately. Ralv from customer support assured me that they would send the correct plug right away, and sure enough, it arrived within a few days. Now, after using the foot spa for a week, I feel much more energized, and my digestion is improving.

At first, I didn’t feel any major effects after using the foot spa, and I was wondering if it was just another gimmick. I reached out to customer support, and they encouraged me to give it more time and suggested extending my session duration. Now, after a couple of weeks I can say that I feel more energetic, waking up with less headaches
