The design team was very prompt and took my suggestions and changed my design to meet my requests very quickly. I've done several orders with Vivi and we worked thru the design issues that resulted in a very nice product. Communications can be a bit confusing with both emails and text arrive and sometimes overlap;ing. Will be my go to company for the stuff the do.
