United Kingdom | 10 January 2024Arrow was tendered to do adaptations on my home, they did said work but left my bathroom, in a mess and were very sloppy, the bathroom door which was widened was left so when it was open we could not access the light switch, they took vertical blinds down and we were asked what we were doing with the blinds so we told them we had not decided and asked the workmen to leave the, they were very promptly thrown on the grass on the path beside our house, when we complained about this we were told the blinds were not fit to re use, that was not their decision to make and . ther work was supposed to take 14 days and took a month, really bad service from this company and would noy reccomend them to anybody.
