Very friendly and effective help

Despite what some reviews below say, my recent experience with this company has been stellar. Nader not only helped to set up exactly what I needed (after I explained it in an email) but also stood by until we got it all set up with my phone app and got the virtual number fully working. Since I was not familiar with virtual telephony, I really appreciated someone like him taking me step by step. I would recommend this service to anyone needing a virtual phone number abroad.

The response times improved but are still improvable. Overall, the service is excellent for that price. You have free call forwarding from the number you purchase, plus SMS forwarding to emails. What is a much better alternative on the market? It would be great to have an outbound call feature, but for the price, it's a great service overall.

Edit: problem solved and service, once tried, is very satisfying. Only 4 stars because of the time it took to get the job done. Everything else is thumbs up 👌🏻

After 8 years of using this firm, they have suddenly started charging me 25 times (yes, 25x) the per minute rate that I've always paid for calls to the UK and have the audacity to try and suggest I'm somehow wrong about the rates. Absolute crooks. Update: and now a disingenuous reply - they did refund to the account, but refused to refund to my PayPal so I'm stuck with the crooks while I run that balance down. They also decided that increasing the rates 25x despite the rates on their website being the same as I'd paid for eight years previously was down to "confusing text" - there's nothing confusing about it, it just contradicted their desired position so they edited it. Here's the actual email from them: Email from Flynumber: ... The rates when you were on the old phone system were not what you’re seeing in the current per min rate page. The line you quoted is confusing and we have changed it. We were trying to say on this page is info for both. As a courtesy and only on this account we have added $100 credit for this, I really hope you can give us a chance to restore your faith in our company. We also noticed a negative review on Trustpilot, this really does hurt us Adrian and respectfully request you edit the rating (or remove) please

I'd like to report a great support service despite some reviews here. I've ordered a number, uploaded my ID and provided required information. After that added a card, and got confirmed in a short time. But then found out that I misunderstood an info on the website and got non-mobile phone number (thus no incoming SMS). Support was very welcoming and helped really fast.

The system was working very well for 5 years then, for an unknown reason, it stopped and we had to wait many weeks to get a reply and solution. Our number is working again without any problem and we can redirect our incoming calls as we want.

Express warning regarding Flynumber.com! We would like to take this opportunity to urgently warn other users about the Flynumber.com service. We have been waiting in vain for a refund of our prepaid credit since November 2023. Despite repeated requests to their general support email address, all our support requests have been systematically ignored for months. The basic problem is that the annual fee to be paid for subscription renewals is not taken from the prepaid credit, which makes the deposit of the prepaid credit generally completely useless, hence the request for reimbursement. All inquiries in this regard, but also in other technical and administrative areas, remain unanswered for months. A non-existent customer service that is really borderline bad.

Absolutely great service! Have been using Flynumber for many many years - 12-13 years. Their prices are probably one of the lowest in the market, yet their service and product offering is great! Recommend them all the way!

Excellent customer services and support. All queries are answered within 24 hours, and are resolved amicably.

Sometimes it fells like the solution is awesome but few times support and technology lags a bit.

Flynumber support just helped me set up with a Zoiper app and the calls are coming in! Flynumber is great as I can receive calls to an Irish landline even though I'm abroad.

Although the web-interface is outdated and cryptic the service is great. I've used it for years.

SMS forwarding mostly works with most services. Call forwarding works every time. Responsive staff.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely the worse in the industry. After you pay they just ignore you , they won’t reply to email, phone or tickets. Even after you have explained that the service is not working.
