I’ve always had great products from Tabletop Tyrant and this was no different. Only things I would have liked more was some contact that order was received, that it was being processed and that it was on its way. Also as this is a bespoke case for a specific board game, it would be great to have an included guide to what pockets were designed for what pieces etc.

My item was well packaged and arrived as quickly as it was possible to do so.

Three model cases ordered. Arrived while I was away (my father took them in). When I got back I opened to discover that, despite them knowing the dimentions of the boxes (they are core items), they had been put in boxes too small for them and the top leaves of the boxes bent over. This resulted in severe damage to one of the cases - it is useless! No doubt they will try to blame the courier (they used DPD - who are extremely bad), but there was NO external damage to the packaging, meaning they were either damaged by an over-zealous packer or they simply sent me damaged stock... I'm not impressed with them at all!!
